结果：该例主要临床表现为腹痛、排黑便，上腹部CT、磁共振和胃镜检查均提示十二指肠肿瘤，行十二指肠肿瘤切除术，术后病理检查示十二指肠梭形细胞瘤，免疫组化结果示肿瘤细胞CD117，CD34，结合蛋白，S-100蛋白，肌动蛋白，最后确诊为十二指肠良性间质瘤。
