Based on the complexity of the sources for the sediments in the Okinawa Trough, the sequential extraction procedure was applied to the hydrothermal influenced sediments in the core H9 recovered from the middle Okinawa Trough. Five fractions, including exchangeable, bound to carbonates, bound to iron and manganese oxides, bound to organic matter, and residual were acquired. Based on detailed analysis for major, minor and rare earth element compositions, the distributions of the elements in various speciations of the sediments were determined and the controlling mechanism was discussed. The variations of hydrothermal signatures in the core, partitioned from the terrigenous, volcanic and biogenic materials, have been demonstrated and the accumulation rates of some elements were evaluated.

本文针对冲绳海槽多种物源沉积作用混杂的特征，采用顺序淋滤萃取方法对海槽中部受热液活动影响的H9岩芯沉积物进行了分离，将沉积物中分为可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态和残渣态五个部分，并对各个结合态中常量、微量和稀土元素组成进行了分析，确定了不同元素在不同结合态中分配的比例，分析了控制不同元素进入沉积物的主要机制。

It was found that La〓 does not affect the binding affinity between calmodulin and Polistes Mastoparan, a known calmodulin binding peptide, neither the conformation of the ternary complex. Excessive amount of La〓 result in the decrease of the binding constant and the disrupted conformation. The binding affinity of La〓 to calmodulin increased in the ternary complex (La〓-CaM-Mas/Mas X), which suggested the coordination between the two global domains. The binding priority between the two global domains is also changed: La〓 more is likely to bind to the C-terminal of calmodulin than to N-terminal, thus facilitates the binding of Mas/Mas X to the C-terminal of calmodulin as the first step of the Mas/Mas X binding.

The direct interaction of copper ion with CuZnSOD was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy, and a type of 1:1 stable complex has been generated, which was certified by the quenching experiment of intrinsic fluorescence. The process of the generated complex shown by dynamic analysis of fluorescence quenching, consisted of two steps, in which the first step was a quick association process of double molecules to generate a loose complex, and the second step was a slow process of single molecule, where the loose complex was isomerized into the compact complex.

Besides, we find there are some electron densities around the Qp pocket at the matrix side and we believe it represents the head structure of ubiquinone, which is proved by the inhibitor bound structure that 2-TTFA just locating at the Qp site. At the same time, we find there is the second 2-TTFA binding site, locating the inter-membrane side. This finding will change our knowledge about the electron transfer inside Complex II and the ubiquinone transfer between Complex II and Complex III, and endow a new role of Complex II in electron transfer chain.
