Abstract］ Objective To validate the increasing GSI incidence in elderly,early diagnosis and operation is the key mean to yield optimal result.Methods Using our hypothetic mechanism of GSI formation to explain the increasing GSI incidence,and 32 cases with GSI were retrospectively analyzed.
