A new approach for measuring metal linear expansion coefficient is presented where CCD data collecting system is used and the single slit diffraction principle referred to in measuring the elongation extent to which the metal body expanses as the temperature increases.

根据单缝衍射原理，利用CCD数据采集系统来测量金属体随温度升高的伸长量，给出测量金属线膨胀系数的一种新方法。此方法采用CCD图象处理技术与计算机技术相结合，实现了数据采集、计算处理自动化。

Firstly, the theory and knowledge of sparking and burning are briefly introduced. The holistic project of this experiment is designed aiming to the experiment motive. And then the micro-process technique on silicon is chosen. According to the technique, the structure and size of the micro chamber, the spark device, the gas-fired channels are designed. The mask of lithography is produced based on the design. At last, the whole burning room is produced by the techniques of photolithography, deposition, dry etching, wet etching, lift off, etc.

本文首先介绍了点火燃烧的有关原理和基本知识，然后根据提出的实验研究目标，确定了微小空间内点火特性实验总体方案，之后结合拟采用的硅微加工工艺设计确定了微燃烧室、放电点火装置、燃气通道等各部件的结构尺寸，并最终得到光刻用掩膜版图形，最后分别采用光刻、淀积、干法刻蚀、湿法刻蚀、剥离等硅微加工技术完成了实验用微燃烧室的制作。

In this thesis, several kinds of spherical curvature measurement methods are introduced, and the "arch-high and chord-length method" is selected after introduction of the existing methods, and then the novel type of instrument for measuring spherical curvature with the variable ring is developed. In research, the grating sensor, integrated circuits and other new technologies are adopted and integrated. As a result of this, Its specific technical indicator is 0.1um in absolute accuracy, 0.01% in relative accuracy, and 0.001% in repeat accuracy.

本文首先对几种球面曲率半径的测量系统进行了深入的理论分析，在分析了各个测量方法优缺点的基础上，选用了"弓高弦长法"的测量原理，并从理论上推导了本文所述系统的可行性，采用光栅传感器、集成电路等新技术成果，将机械、电子技术、计算机技术以及传感器技术有机结合，研制出一种新型的可变径球面曲率测量仪器。

In order to solve this problem,the genetic algorithm is applied to fit the spherical model variational function,because the genetic algorithm is a robust method for search for the optimum solution to the complex problems.

为解决这一问题，结合遗传算法原理，充分利用遗传算法在求解非线性问题时具有全局寻优的特点，拟合出球状模型的理论变异函数参数，并以小湾水电站左岸堆积体边坡的变形监测数据为例进行了计算。
