Thinking over to the survey and connecting with remands of the course standard to the pupils'speaking communicative abilities, the author bring up some speaking teaching to improve the pupils'Chinese speaking communicative abilities. As teachers, we must renew our own speaking teaching ideas stepping out from the thinking, role and studying wrong areas; we should improve our own language qualities and make solid foundation; we should explore the ways to improve the Chinese speaking communicative teaching results. Such as: paying much attention to training of listening and speaking; making full use of the class teaching; giving full play to the teachers'guide role in every procedure; trying to get the result of reacting from two sides; connecting the speaking teaching with the regular reading and writing teaching together; getting the feed back in time; setting up a whole scientific evaluative system and speaking teaching material store.

对调查情况进行反思，结合课程标准对小学生口语交际能力要求，提出了提高该地区小学语文口语交际教学水平的对策：教师要更新口语交际教学理念，走出认识误区、角色误区和科研误区；教师要提高自身语言素质，夯实口语教学底蕴；积极探索提高口语交际教学效果的途径和方法，如重视教材中的听说训练课，充分利用课堂这一特定形式，在各个环节中充分发挥教师的主导作用，努力实现双向互动，把口语交际能力训练同常规的阅读教学、作文教学紧密结合，口语训练要与课外阅读相结合，加强语言和知识积累，精心创设情境，激发兴趣，在日常生活中锻炼和培养学生的口语交际能力，要及时评价反馈，保证课时；探索科学的评价方案，建立完整科学的评价体系；建立口语交际教学资料库。

进而以此为基础，对关中城镇的发展环境进行了具体分析，并采用SWOT矩阵分析法对关中城镇发展的环境作以综合评价，认为关中城镇在未来发展过程中是机遇与挑战并存，其出路在于以环境优化和体制创新为突破口，加强优势整合，采取&发展与地区优势相结合的高科技产业群、以高新技术武装传统产业和以高科技为支撑的现代服务业&相结合的发展道路，在空间组织形式上，通过产业的分工与协调，采取以重点城镇、重点园区及交通干道相结合的&点—轴&模式，形成网络化的空间组织形态。

The interaction between MT and AA was expressed by infrared spectra, the functional groups of -SH in MT had lone pair electrons, which could formπ-πwith -C=O in AA. The equilibrium binding experiment and Scatchard analysis showed, at least three kinds of binding sites would exist when MT-imprinted polymer formed, the most adsorption capacities were 3.3896mg/g, 0.9362mg/g, 1.6583mg/g respectively; most terminal thiolate sulfurs in MT were polymerized as binding sites in the process of polymerization, which could observed from TEM, binding capability of other thiolate sulfurs was weak since spatial hindrance existed.

采用红外光谱研究了加入金属硫蛋白后功能单体丙烯酸官能团谱峰的变化，结果表明金属硫蛋白分子中的-SH与丙烯酸中的C=O在氯仿溶液中能形成π-π键，由聚合物的吸附特性和Scatchard分析可以得出，金属硫蛋白印迹聚合物至少存在三种结合位点，其高、中、低的最大吸附量分别为3.3896mg/g、0.9362mg/g、1.6583mg/g；通过透射电镜可以观察到，金属硫蛋白在聚合过程中主要以分子两端的巯基作为结合位点，不同位置的巯基受到的空间位阻不同，导致产生了三种不同的结合位点。

A variety of research methods have been adopted in this paper: the combination of theoretical research and school managing experience observation, the combination of literature study and field study, the combination of the common requirements of developing rural primary vocational education and characteristics of different areas. To improve the effect of CDCA on dissolving cholesterol gallstone, the water-soluble copolymers as polycarboxylic acid of comb-like copolymers and C_(60)-PCC were synthesized, which being used for modification of CDCA and strengthening effects of CDCA on dissolving the cholesterol gallstones by their entropy-repelled properties of comb-shaped side chains in buffers of phosphate and in model bile.The design theory of polymer was mainly employed to synthesis the conjugate of PCC-CDCA and C_(60)-PCC-CDCA by C_(60), polyoxyalkylene allylalkyldiether and maleic anhydride, which were copolymerized with AIBN as initiator, and then PCC or C_(60)-PCC were reacted with CDCA. The structures of the copolymers and the conjugates of PCC-CDCA and C_(60)-PCC-CDCA were confirmed with IR, TLC and TEM. The dissolving effects and the dissolution kinetics mechanism of cholesterol gallstone was inverstigated in PBS and in model bile of different cholesterol saturated index at pH7.4, including PCC-CDCA or C_(60)-PCC-CDCA.

Base on the understanding of the core of Chinese traditional bamboo culture, the project analysis Chinese modern life and esthetics with Typical Group of People Analysis, Life Style Research, Mood Board and Quadrant Distribution Map. The research analyses modern people's requirements to bamboo culture, discusses the possibility of combining modern esthetics with traditional bamboo culture, and creatively induces the modern applications of bamboo culture according to both material and spirit consideration. It is wished that through this research, the quality of modern product design would be improved through the combination of advanced modern technology, modern design and modern aesthetic elements with the traditional bamboo culture and bamboo materials. It is also wished that by the use of bamboo culture which reflects the nature of Chinese civilization, the Chinese design brand will be established, and the design with rich Chinese characteristics will be created.

本研究在对中国传统竹文化的核心和特征的理解归纳的基础上，采用了典型族群分析、生活形态研究、情态看板、四维象限分布图的研究方法，具体深入的研究了中国的现代生活及现代审美，并结合中国传统竹文化所表现出的审美意向和情趣，分析了现代人对传统竹文化的需求，以及传统竹文化与现代审美结合的可行性，并从竹材与文化内涵两方面探讨了竹文化在现代产品设计中的应用，希望能够通过结合现代先进技术、现代设计和现代审美的元素，运用竹文化所体现出来的中华文明的特质，提高现代产品设计的品质，并树立中国设计的品牌形象，创造出富有中国特色的设计。

So, this thesis studied the intermediary banking business based on the background of the development of ICBC. Through using plenty of investigation combining much detailed data adopting the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis.using some knowledge of manage, we analyzed the general environment and by using Bauds five power model we thoroughly analyzed and forecasted the industry environment that influence the intermediary banking business development. Last we evaluated the external environment by using the exterior factor evaluation matrix; in the same way we evaluated the internal environment by using he interior factor evaluation matrix and BCG matrix drawing.

因此，本文以中国工商银行中间业务发展为背景，在充分调查研究的基础上，结合大量详实的数据，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式，结合管理学的相关理论，分析了中间业务发展所面临的一般环境，运用波特的五种力量模型对工商银行中间业务发展所面临的行业环境进行了详细的分析和预测，并运用外部因素评价矩阵对外部环境进行了评价；同样地，运用BCG矩阵图和内部因素评价矩阵对内部环境因素进行了评价。
