Methods: Fifteen realtime ultrasonography performed for possible infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis were analyzed retrospectively.

采用高频探头对15例疑为幽门梗阻的新生儿及婴儿患者的幽门部的实时超声图像进行分析，所有患者均经手术病理证实。

All of them were finally diagnosed as serious HMD by X-ray or autopsy. In other 3 cases, ultrasound revealed retrohepatic and retrosplenic radiating hyperechogenicity, the X-ray showed mild HMD. The sonographic specific pattern was absent in remained 2 csaes, the chest X-ray was normal.

Results According to the MR imaging information of the lesions, 15 breast-conserving operations and 62 mastectomies were performed; three of four false-positive lesions diagnosed by MR imaging led to lose the opportunity of breast-conserving surgery.

Using the total RNA of merozoites of Eimeria acervulina isolated from Guangdong Pro- vince as template,a partial segment of 3-1E gene was amplified by RT-PCR. The gene fragment 682 bp inlength was cloned into pGEM-T Easy vector,and the recombinant plasmid was identified by PCR,restric-tion enzyme analysis and sequencing. The homology analysis revealed that the nucleotide homology be-tween the 3-1E gene of the E.
