Results A 357 bp DNA band was seen in the 2% agarose gel after the PCR product was electrophoresed. After the 357 bp DNA band was recovered and ligated into pMD-18T, human transforming growth factor-beta 3 encoding gene acquired through four-cycle PCR was confirmed by sequencing.

结果：4次PCR后，经2％的琼脂糖凝胶电泳可见一357 bp的条带，将电泳产物回收，连接入pMD-18T载体，经测序分析证实，所获得DNA片段为人转化生长因子β3的编码基因。

The pyrimidine lead compound is obtained via herbicidal activity screen. The optimization of lead compound leads to find the good pyrimidine benzylamine candidates with highly effective herbicidal activity. The novel herbicidal mechanism of pyrimidine benzylamine is put forward. N-(2-bromophenyl)-2-(4, 6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yloxy)benzylamine (103-1) has potential as a new selective post-emergent herbicide in oilseed rape.

通过系统的研究工作，发现了具有除草活性的嘧啶先导结构，经结构优化，筛选出具有高除草活性的嘧啶苄胺类优选结构，发现并提出了此类化合物的除草作用新机理，最终经田间试验证实了N-(2-溴苯基)-2-(4，6-二甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基)苄胺(103-1)可作为超高效油菜田除草剂进行工业性的研究与开发。

Methods The imaging features of nine patients who refused amputation and chose to be treated with Chinese herbal medicine were observed. Of the patients, four were confirmed pathologically, two were found to have pulmonary metastasis at diagnosis, one of femur osteo-genic osteosarcoma with osteogenic metastasis was found in the epiphysis of the homolateral tibia, and the other two were proved to have no possibility of other diseases by radiological specialists to demonstrate the imaging diagnosis of osteosarcoma.

A series of pyridazino[3,2-c]1,2,4-triazoles were synthesized from hydrazides and 3-aryl-6- chloro pyridazine s (3a～3d), which were obtained from substituted benzene and succinic anhydride by Friedel-Crafts reaction, cyclization with hydrazine hydrate, dehydrogenation and chloro-substitution.

33 patients with AVD were studied by dynamic three-dimensional(3-D)reconstruction.18 men and 15 women 14－56 of age involved in this sutdy.Hewlett Packard 2500 echocardiography with 5.0/3.7 MHz multiplane transesophageal probe was used for data acquisition,and Tomtec echo scan system used for 3-D reconstruction.Acquired images were extracted and reconstructed by computer system.The condition of ATC and valve were viewed from atrioventricular lateral aspect.Results:The valvular replacement operations were performed on the patients suffered from thickened,calcified,thinned or broken tendinous cordae.

我们应用动态三维重建技术，研究了33例房室瓣病变患者的腱索，其中男性18例，女性15例，年龄14-56岁，全部病例经手术及/或心导管证实，图像采集使用HP SONOS 2500超声心动图仪(配有3.7/5.0MHz的多平面经食道探头)，三维重建采用TOMTEC ECHO SCAN系统，将采集的图像提取并重建，从房室的侧面观察房室瓣腱索及瓣膜情况。

经回归模拟显示，蔗叶MDA含量、质膜差别透性、O_2产生速率和组织自动氧化速率均随土壤含水量的降低呈指数增加，SOD活性和GSH含量呈抛物线变化，而CAT活性呈对数降低；逐步回归分析定量地指出了水分胁迫下蔗叶SOD和CAT在清除活性氧、防止膜脂过氧化和质膜破坏中的协同作用关系，且受O_2产生的影响；经卡方测验证实，该回归模型各参数与大田干旱胁迫的实际结果相符。

The apxⅢA gene of Actinobacillus pleuropneumonie was amplified by PCR. The amplified DNA fragment 3 466bp was cloned into pMD18-T. After R.E. analysis and sequencing, the apxⅢA gene in pMD18-T was ligated into pBluescripⅡSK, the recombinant expression plasmid pET-28b/apxⅢA was constructed and analysed with R.E., the protein of apxⅢA gene expressed in E.coli BL21 was detected by Western blotting.
