Results:Phosphorylated ERK expressed in basal cell layer of epiderm including non－expanded skin and expanded skin are expressed. But in expanded skin they are expressed significantly and densely compared to non－expanded skin. There are significant difference in relative to location of expanded skin and regions of expanded skin.
