结果：创面形成的药痂或污物溶解迅速，易於清除，痂下积脓消失；各种类型的创面均能在预期内愈合；其中2例Ⅲ度创面经植皮治疗愈合；深Ⅱ度皮肤色素减退者14例(70%)，瘢痕增生率为25.0%(5/20)；Ⅲ度创面均留有浅表型瘢痕。
