Nepalensis wall polysaccharide was prepared with hot water extraction,ethanol precipitation,dialyzation,and lyophilization.the crude polysaccharide was separated by deae-cellulose chromatography and purified by sephadex g-200 chromatography.the inhibit effect of the polysaccharide on lipid peroxidation of mice liver was conducted by tba method.the model of liver-injury induced by carbon tetrachloride（ccl4was used to validate the variety of the realated ast.results onefold ingredient polysaccharide was obtained after isolated and purified.conclusion the ingredient can remarkably inhibit lipid peroxidation of rat liver and significantly reduce activity of ast.

用热水提取，乙醇沉淀提取粗多糖，再经sevag法去除蛋白，透析去除小分子物质，冷冻干燥得楮头红多糖粗品；采用deae-52纤维素柱层析和sephadex g-200凝胶柱层析进行分离纯化；用tba法考察多糖的抗脂质过氧化作用；采用ccl4急性肝损伤模型，测定其血清中ast变化。结论获得一个楮头红多糖组分。tba法表明该组分对小鼠自发性脂质过氧化具有显著的抑制作用；在保肝试验中，给药组能明显抑制ast的升高，对肝损伤有一定的保护作用。

The precision lapping technology to machine the copper substrate using semi-fixed abrasive plate was studied. The surface roughness and material removal rate as the evaluation of indicators, the influences of the different lapping parameters on the surface roughness and material removal rate were discussed and analyzed. Experimental results indicated that the copper substrate could be efficiently machined by semi-fixed abrasive plate of 800(superscript #) SiC abrasive, and the initial roughness Ra of a machined surface could be improved from 0.553μm to 0.28μm in 10min, produced an ideal rarely scratch surface. Then processed copper polished by diamonded grinding paste, it could be satisfied for the Ni-Pd-P alloy thin film growth.

主要研究半固着磨具精密研磨非晶态Ni-Pd-P合金薄膜铜片衬底，以铜片衬底的表面粗糙度和材料去除率为评价指标，探讨了研磨过程中不同的工艺参数对铜片表面粗糙度和材料去除率的影响结果表明：用800 SiC半固着磨具对铜片衬底进行研磨加工，10min后铜片表面粗糙度Ra可由0553μm减小到0.28μm，同时表面无深划痕：加工后的铜片再经金刚石研磨膏抛光可快速获得满足Ni-Pd-P合金薄膜生长用的铜片衬底表面。

The growth rate and enzyme activities significantly decreased when dikaryotic hypha ofPleurotus ostreatus were irradiated with γ-rays and subsequently treated with either caffeineor Na2-EDTA in comparison with γ-rays treatment alone. The inhibition effect of treatmentwith either caffeine or Na2-EDTA before irradiation was more obvious than that after irradi-ation. Treatment with either caffeine or Na_2-EDTA could cause biological damages on hyphawhen the concentrations of caffeine and Na_2-EDTA were up to 0.5 and 1.0mg/ml respective-ly.

方法］健康雌性sd大鼠90只，体重230～280g。随机分为3组，分别为治疗组、对照组和空白组，每组30只。分别采取切除双侧卵巢方法进行骨质疏松造模，10周造模成功后，开始给药，治疗组用自拟强骨饮灌胃，每日一次，每次1ml/g，对照组用密盖息，皮下注射，每日1次，每次0.72u/kg。空白组，不做处理。在给药后3、4.5、6个月每组各取10只大鼠进行检测，先测量体重，空气栓塞处死，分离股骨颈，获得股骨颈样本，经切片等处理后，显微镜下作骨形态计量学检测。
