This article summarizes our experience on 1047 patients and discusses some relevant problems, including the diagnostic standards of adenoma size, surgery indications, the apoplexy operation, the re-operation for recurrent cases, management of complications, post-operation radiotherapy, and the anatomy of sphenoidal sinus and sellar area, hoping to improve the successful rate of the operation.

本文分析1047例患者的临床资料，总结临床经验，对与手术相关的一些问题（如垂体腺瘤的大小诊断标准、手术适应证、垂体卒中的经蝶手术、复发性垂体瘤再次经蝶手术、术后并发症的处理、术后放疗以及蝶鞍区重要解剖结构等）进行探讨，以提高手术成功率和疾病的治愈率。

objective to evaluate the effect of endoscopic splender dilation combined with photodynamic therapy and local chemotherapy in treatment of esophagocadial cancer stenosis.methods 91 patients with advanced esophagocadial cancer were divided into two groups: the control group (to receive pdt and local chemotherapy) and the test group (to receive endoscopic splender dilation plus pdt and local chemotherapy).

METHODS: Human amnion membrane derived mesenchymal stem cells were sterilely isolated and cultured. The third passages of cells (1×109/L)(0.5 mL) were transplanted by tail venous pathway to mice. Mice in the control group were injected with an equal volume of saline, whereas mice in the normal group were left intact.

Thirty six of the 106 episodes were controlled by drug dosage adjustment, 65 were controlled by MP stoss therapy and 5 failed the MP stoss therapy, of whom 3 recipients received OKT3 and 2 underwent re transplantation.

Methods PICC was performed in 33 patients while subclavicular vein insertion in 30 patients for comparison in order to analyse prospectively the advantages and disadvanges of PICC .

Methods: From 1998 through 2005, 43 patients (85 breasts) underwent transaxillary subpectoral breast augmentation; 22 patients (43 breasts) were endoscopic-assisted, and 21 patients (42 breasts) were non-endoscopic-assisted.

The post-operative effect and complication rate of endoscopic-assisted transaxillary subpectoral breast augmentation compaired with those of classical subpectoral breast augmentation, there exist no significant difference.
