於是，本会会员蔡礼政先生曾以〈《阿含经》对存有的定义〉一文(注：请见本学报，页23-48；英文版，页209-240)，举证《阿含经》中确实有经文明确表达有如来藏常住而且可以实证的圣教；除了论证「实证如来藏是确实可能的」之外，并且探讨西方哲学二千余年来对於存有论中Being的定义，在《阿含经》中释迦牟尼佛是采用实证的方法加以定义，同时论述其中的种种差别。

Then Doripenem came into the market in the July ,2005. We studied the synthesis of Doripemen.Firstly, we synthesized the chemical 2 from the starting material------o-hydroxylphenylacylamine through Reformastky reaction, alkylation, Diekmann reaction, enolization, esterification and etc. Secondly, we synthesized the chemical 3 from L — hydroxylproline through the protection of carboxyl, amidogen and hydroxyl group, reduction by NaBr, SN_2 substitution and Mitsumobu reaction.

我们以水杨酰胺为起始原料，经Reformatsky反应、烷基化、Diekmann环合、烯醇化、酯化等反应合成双环母核2；再从L-羟基脯氨酸出发，经酯化保护羧基、保护氨基、保护羟基、硼氢化还原酯得醇、Sn2取代和Mitsumobu反应等合成巯基侧链3；最后由化合物3经脱保护、水解得硫醇，和化合物2在二异丙基乙基胺的作用下缩合，最后Pd／C催化脱保护，历经16步反应最终得到产物多尼培南。

硅油进入前房者：有晶体眼中2眼经前房放油眼压控制，其中1眼硅油再次进入前房，硅油填充亦超过1个月，经保守治疗无效，检查眼底视网膜复位后，同时行前房和玻璃体腔硅油取出术；无晶体眼中3眼经俯卧位加点降眼压药物，眼压控制，2眼虹膜周切孔膜闭者经过激光6点位打孔或重复打孔处理眼压控制，1眼作6点位周切孔重建，1眼行虹膜周切联合前房成形术，眼压控制。96眼眼压控制后，视力均有不同程度提高。

Based on the cloning FeSOD gene of the HZNH, the recombinant prokaryotic expression vector, PQESOa/FeSOD, was constructed and digested with restriction endonuclease BamH I and Pst I to check its construction. The PQE30a/FeSOD was then transformed into E.coli Ml5 and induced with IPTG. The high expression in vitro was obtained and analyzed on SDS-PAGE gel. The*results showed that the target proteins held a 37% portion in whole bacterial proteins and consisted of two parts, the soluble proteins and inclusion bodies. The soluble proteins in the aqueous layer, checked by means of activities of FeSOD enzymes and analyzed by means of activities of isozymogram from PAGE, demonstrated the induced expression proteins had the active nature of FeSOD enzymes.

以克隆的特异种质烟草HZNH的FeSOD基因为基础，构建了原核表达载体PQE30a／FeSOD，经限制性内切酶BamH Ⅰ、Pst Ⅰ双酶切鉴定后，再转化入大肠杆菌M15中，通过IPTG诱导，得到高效体外表达，经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测，表达的目的蛋白占总菌体蛋白的37％，可溶性和包涵体两种形式均有存在，上清中的可溶性蛋白经FeSOD酶活测定和同工酶活性谱带分析，表明诱导表达的上清中的目的蛋白为有活性的FeSOD酶。

To study the expression, purification and bioactivity of human augmenter of liver regeneration in Pichia Pastoris, the expression plasmid pPICZαA- ALR was constructed and transformed into P. Pastoris by the method of electroporation transformation. Induced with 0.5% methanol, the 30 kD protein in the culture supernatant of recombinant P. Pastoris was confirmed to be rhALR by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Quantitative analysis showed that the target protein was in a level of 66% of the total protein of the culture supernatant, with a yield of 40mg/L.we had performed DEAE anion exchange chromatography two times with excessive and regular adsorption quantity consecutively, and then the rhALR above 95% purity and 52% protein recovery could be obtained by G75 molecular sieve chromatography at last step. The bioactivity assay of the purified product showed that rhALR could stimulate the proliferation of HepG2, SMMC-7721 and NIH-3T3 in vitro.

为在毕赤酵母中分泌表达人肝再生增强因子，以色谱法分离纯化后进行体外活性研究，构建表达载体pPICZαA- ALR，经电穿孔转入毕赤酵母中，用0.5％甲醇诱导表达；重组酵母培养上清经SDS-PAGE电泳和western blot鉴定后表明， rhALR以分子量为30kD的二聚体为主；定量分析结果表明，重组酵母培养上清中rhALR约占总蛋白的66％，表达量约为40mg/L；经DEAE柱和G75柱纯化后，获得的rhALR纯度大于95％，得率为52％；体外生物学活性实验表明，rhALR能明显促进HepG2、SMMC-7721和NIH-3T3细胞的增殖。

In this paper the reason of rapid increase of single phase short circuit current in 500 kV substation is analyzed. Through the calculation it is proved that neutral grounding by small reactance is an effective measure to reduce the single phase short circuit current, and the calculation method of the zero\|sequence reactance after autotransformer neutral grounding by small reactance being applied is expounded.

文中研究了500kV变电站单相短路电流急剧增长的原因，计算了变压器中性点经小电抗接地对限制单相短路电流的作用，论证了经小电抗接地是限制单相短路电流的有效措施之一，并阐述了500kV自耦变压器中性点经小电抗接地后，其等值零序电抗的计算方法，可供工程参考。
