A synthesis of 2-pentylidene cyclopentanone starting from cyclopentanone and n-valeraldehyde through aldol condensation, followed by dehydration, was studied, and the yield reached 85.6%. 2-Pentenyl cyclopentanone was prepared in a yield of 95.0% from 2-pentylidene cyclopentanone with a hydrogenation methodology. Through Baeyer-villiger oxidation,δ-decalactone was synthesized in a yield of 63.9% from 2-pentenyl cyclopentanone with hydrogen peroxide.

研究了以正戊醛和环戊酮为起始原料，经羟醛缩合、脱水反应合成2-戊叉环戊酮，产率达到85.6%，2-戊叉环戊酮加氢制备2-戊基环戊酮，产率为95.0%，2-戊基环戊酮在双氧水作用下经Baeyer-villiger氧化重排反应合成δ-癸内酯，反应产率为63.9%，合成δ-癸内酯的总产率为52.0%，气相色谱分析纯度为98.7%。

The first special techniques was the method of tightening slip knot predisposed on atrial septal via veins. The suture with loop was placed on the atrial septum incision which will be closed during the decannulation. The loop was hitched up by the drawn-string via vein and tied with two or three slip knot after inserting left atrial cannulas.

Methods:MRI findings of pancreatic carcinoma in 109 cases were analyzed retrospectively. All the cases were confirmed by operation, pathology and clinical practice. Conventional pancreatic sequences ( FLASH 2d T1WI, FLASH 3d T1WI, Declivate transection FS-T1WI, TSE-T2WI), MR cholangiopancreatography and dynamic contrast of Gd-DTPA sequences were used to find pancreatic lumps, adjacent infiltrated blood vessels and small pancreatic carcinoma.

After collecting the bacterial cells and breaking the cell by means of ultrasonic, the inclusion bodieswere extracted. The extracted products were denatured with 8 mol/L urea and purified through Ni-NTAcolumn. The purified products were renatured by dialyzation, and then were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.

结果 ：根据血管走行差异分：1型：主干经二腹肌前腹浅面到下颌骨下缘表面至皮下占 3 6%，2型：主干经二腹肌前腹深面到下颌骨下缘深面至皮下占 64%；1型血管位置表浅，易于分离，且蒂较长，旋转度大，2型相比反之。结论：根据颏下动脉走行设计不同皮瓣的大小来修复面部皮肤组织

Hydroxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide (1) reacted with SOCl2, and then with MeONa in MeOH to give a methyl phosphinate (2) which can be converted to a dinitro compound 3 (62%) by nitration and the resulting dinitro compound 3 can further be converted to 2, 8-diamino-10-methoxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide (4, 71%) by hydrogenation over Pd/C (w = 0.05). And the effect of amount of Pd/C (w = 0.05) on the reduction was also studied.

10－羟基－5，10－二氢磷杂吖嗪－10－氧化物（1）经醯氯化、甲基化得到10－甲氧基－5， 10－二氢磷杂吖嗪－10－氧化物（2），2经硝化得到10－甲氧基－2，8－二硝基－5，10－二氢磷杂吖嗪－10－氧化物（3，62%）。3在Pd／C（w = 0.05）存在下，用氢气还原为2，8二氨基－10－甲氧基－5，10－二氢磷杂吖嗪－10－氧化物（4，71%），考察了Pd／C（w = 0.05）用量对氢化还原反应的影响。

The result shown is a contributing cause to the accurate operation relevant to HVA performed by surgeons. And the possibilities of successful operation in HVA have been enhanced to some extent. The method-weight-bearing AP projection of the foot can administer to choice applicable diorthosis by surgeons and believed productively to reveal the patients' real conditions.

在此研究中我们共收集40位同程的大脚趾外翻的病患，经统计后发现此40位病患足部负重摄影的HVA都大於未负重摄影，除可提供外科医生选择合适的矫正术式外，可提供医生在手术中精确的调整其HVA，术后经床追踪确实大幅提高手术的成功。

Other three alien translocation lines referring to chromosome Lr.14 of L.racemosus were also induced via irradiated pollens.After irradiated by gamma raysof 1KR does,the pollens of T.aestivum-L.racemosus Lr.14 disomic addition lineswere used to pollinate wheat varieties"Yangmai No.5"and"Mianyang No.11".M1plants have pairing between wheat chromosomes and Lr.14 ofL.racemosus at PMCMI stage were self-pollinated,and the M2 seeds used to be Giemsa C-banded andfluorescence in situ hybridized.As the result,three alien translocation lines wereobtained and T12 was observed to have distal translocation chromosomes betweenLr.14S and a wheat chromosome segment(TW-Lr.14S·Lr.14L).T13 wasidentified to contain mostly-alien-translocation chromosome(TLr.14L·Lr.14S-W).T14 was proved to contain a translocation between Lr.14L and 6BS,with approximatebreakpoint at 6BS2.2 region, FL0.22 in the short arm of chromosome T6BL.6BS-Lr.14L.

用普通小麦-大赖草Lr.14二体异附加系经辐射处理过的花粉给扬麦5号和绵阳11号授粉，M1代植株进行PMC MI染色体配对分析和Giemsa C-分带，选出PMCMI小麦和大赖草染色体发生配对的植株进行自交，M2代经RTC M期染色体C-分带和原位杂交，鉴定出3个小麦-大赖草易位系，其中T12为由Lr.14大部分和一个小麦染色体片段组成的易位染色体(TLr.14L·Lr.14S-W)；T13含由Lr.14染色体绝大部分与小麦染色体的一个小片段组成的易位染色体(TLr.14L·Lr.14S-W)；T14易位系的染色体易位发生在小麦6BS2.2区和大赖草Lr.14L之间，易位断点在T6BL·6BS-Lr.14L易位染色体的FL0.22附近。
