The first part consists of three experiments:(1) The rings were incubated in KH, 20, 50 mmol/L 〓 for 1 house, relaxation in response to the EDHF stimuli A23187 in 30nmol/L U46619-induced preconrtaction in the presence of 7 μ mol/L indomethacin, a cyclooxygenase inhibitor, 300μmol/L LNNA, a nitric oxide biosyhnthesis inhibitor, and 1mmol/L tetraethylammonium , a 〓 blocker, or 3 μmol/L glibenclamide , a 〓 blocker, was compared with the control;(2) After the arteries were incubated in KH, UW solution or HTK solution at 4℃ for 4 hours, endothelium-derived relaxation (percentage of 30nmol/L U46619 precontraction) was induced by A23187 in the present of 7 μmol/L indomethacir and 300μmol/L LNNA;(3) After incubation with KH, UW solution and STH (either at 37℃ in oxygenated organ chamber or at 4℃ in a refrigerator for 4 hours), endothelium-derived relaxation (percentage of 30nmol/L U46619 precontraction) was induced by A23187 in the present of 7 μ mol/L indomethacin and 300 μmol/L LNNA.

第一部分研究结果：（1）单纯浸泡于KH的冠状动脉A23187能引发66.67％的血管舒张反应，经TEA及20mmol／L、50mmol／L钾离子作用后，血管舒张反应程度显著降低，但经GBM作用后改变不明显；（2）与保存于KH的冠状动脉相比，A23187引发的血管舒张反应程度，保存于UW液的明显下降，保存于HTK液的无明显变化；（3）在37℃条件下，血管环浸泡于STH出现缓慢轻微的舒张反应，浸泡于UW液初期出现短暂收缩反应，但此后主要以舒张为主：在37℃条件下，血管经UW液保存后，U46619引发的收缩反应程度降低；不论在37℃或4℃条件下，A23187引发的血管舒张反应，经UW液保存后明显下降，但用STH保存后变化不明显。

Objective Basing on series of prophase research on premenstrual syndrome with invasion of the hyperactive liver-qi, Random double-blind and double simulation and control method were adopted in this study. The study used tables as Daily Record of Severity of Problems and symptoms score form to evaluate the efficacy of jingqianping granule for treatment of PMS with invasion of the hyperactive liver-qi objectively. Endocrine and neurotransmitters were detected to explore the medicative mechanism of Chinese medicine on PMS. Methods All cases were from the staff of the first Affiliated Hospital, Guangzhou University of TCM.

目的本研究在经前期综合征肝气逆证前期一系列研究的基础上，采用随机双盲对照的给药方法，借助《PMS症状程度打分表》、《月经周期症状每日自我评价表》和《症状严重程度每日记录量表》等量表客观评价具有平肝理气功能的中药新药&经前平颗粒&对经前期综合征肝气逆证的临床疗效，并检测患者治疗前后内分泌激素和神经递质变化，以客观评价中医药治疗经前期综合征肝气逆证的疗效，探讨中医药对经前期综合征治疗的机理。

Result Among these patients, one patient with cerebellum swelling died after operation, among 6 cases of re-bleeding in-situ after acoustic neurinoma operation one died even after re-operation. All other patients were cured.

结果 术后小脑肿胀1例经抢救无效死亡；听神经瘤手术后瘤腔再出血6例中，1例经抢救无效死亡，另外5例经急诊手术血肿清除治愈；2例听神经瘤手术后幕上硬膜外血肿经急诊血肿清除治愈；脑脊液耳鼻漏3例、脑脊液切口漏17例、颅内感染8例、复视1例、带状疱疹6例、吞咽呛咳4例均经对症处理后预后良好。

Results:Out of the nine tuberculose patients,six healed after second operation,one sinus formation,two died.Out of the two disruption of wound,one was re-sutured and healed,the other healed after a long term of dressing changing.Seven infectious incision were controlled within one month.Out of the nine cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,eight were cured conservatively,only one spinal meninges was repaired.One epidural hematoma was cleared and made a good healing.Out of the two mold infection,one was cured after focal clearing,the other developed to chronic recurrent sinusitis.Four patients with sore healed after decompression.The other eight patients (four by hemostasis narcotic,two by liquefied fat,two by dermal allergic papular eczema) had good healing after intra-red therapy.

结果：9例结核患者再次手术后6例愈合，1例窦道形成，2例死亡；切口裂开2例中1例经切口再缝合愈合良好，另1例经10个月长期换药切口愈合；7例切口感染者均在1个月内控制感染；9例脑脊液漏，其中8例经保守治疗愈合，1例行脑脊膜再次修补术；1例硬膜外血肿清除后愈合良好；霉菌感染2例，其中1例经病灶清除后切口愈合，另1例演变成复发性窦道炎；4例压疮去除压迫后溃疡愈合；另外8例切口延迟愈合者中止血水引起者4例，脂肪液化2例，皮肤过敏2例，均经红外线照射后切口愈合。
