Results Out of the4527paˉtients treated by ESWL,stones were excreted completely from4512patients within2weeks;12patients who had comˉplication of the urethra stone street were cured by transcutaneous nephrocentesis,nephrostomy and ureterolithotomy through uretercystoscope;stones weretaken out by operation from the other3patients,from whom the excretion of stones was not possible.

目的 探讨ESWL治疗泌尿系结石的效果。方法回顾性分析经ESWL治疗的4527例泌尿系结石病人。结果经ESWL治疗的4527例泌尿系结石病人中，4512例在2周内排尽结石，12例并发输尿管&石街&，加用经皮肾穿刺造瘘和输尿管镜取石治疗，3例中转手术治疗。

结果 经麦氏切口手术治疗阑尾炎穿孔合并弥漫性腹膜炎组切口痛消失时间短，肠功能恢复快，住院时间短，疤痕小且隐蔽，在并发症中腹腔残余脓肿发生率较经右中腹旁正中切口仅高出0.70%，术后发生肠粘连无差异；而较经右中腹旁正中切口，感染率降低2.19%，肺部感染、肺不张发生率降低1.50%，切口疝发生率降低1.50%。

Sera were collected from 119 parous cows. After screening and testing these sera with cell panel, a total of 6 kind reagents against BoLA A2, A6, A8/14, A10, A11 and A30 were typed from 16 alloantisera. objective to evaluate the main points and complications of ct-guided percutaneous pneumocentesis in patients with lung lesions.methods cook 18～21g puncture needle was used to inserting aspiration in the optimal level,situs,angle and depth.and had made of multidrop.fifty-nine patients with lung lesions underwent ct-guided percutaneous pneumocentesis and follow-up.results the successful puncture rate was 100%,accurate diagnose rate was 92%(54/59).conclusion ct-guided pneumocentesis for chest lesion is a efficient and safe diagnostic method.but it is important to improve the doctor′s operating skill to lessen vascular complication.

目的 探讨ct引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术要点及并发症。方法采用cook公司18～21g自动弹射活检枪，选择最佳层面、进针点、进针角度和深度，行多点取材。回顾性分析59例肺内病变ct引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术。结果穿刺成功率100%，活检诊断准确率为92%（54/59）。3例发生轻度气胸，2例穿刺后咯血痰。结论 ct引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术成功率高，是安全的，但操作医生熟练的技术方法非常重要，并可以减少并发症的发生。

结果表明，通腑醒神液直肠滴注较灌胃起效快，能尽快促使昏迷患者神志清醒，意识清醒时间平均为4.94天，而灌胃组为6.9天，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；明显改善患者的昏迷程度，第8天治疗组Glasgow-Pittsburgh昏迷评分值平均为29.39分，对照组为26.60分，经统计学处理有极显著性差异；治疗后14天临床疗效比较，通腑醒神液直肠滴注组总显效为54.84%，总有效率为80.65%，而灌胃组总显效为43.33%，总有效率为66.67%，经统计学处理无差异性，可能为样本量过少有关，尚需进一步增加样本量评估。
