The well-grown hMSCs of the first to second generation were chosen to perform the record and analysis with whole cell patch clamp technology, Type PC-IIB patch clamp amplifier （developed by Huazhong University of Technology was adopted in this experiment）.

实验采用PC-IIB型膜片钳放大器，由计算机发出指令经数字量数据／模拟量数据转换经放大器输出到细胞，细胞信号由放大器放大再经模／数转换后记录到计算机，保存在数字硬盘上供分析调读，记录与分析软件为IBBClamp，采样间隔100μs。

The results show that the TiO2 porous films can be obtained by anode oxidation using 10% H2SO4, voltage of 120V on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and the aperture size is about 100-200nm. The acerate CaHPO4 with size of 200-400nm can be gained by the electrochemical deposition. Ultimately, the acerate CaHPO4 changed to the sheet Ca10(PO4)62 after being treated with 0.1mol/L NaOH in autoclave at 200℃ for 10 hours .

结果表明：钛合金（Ti-6Al-4V）板经以10％的硫酸为电解液和电压为120V时阳极氧化，产生孔径大约为100-200nm的多孔氧化膜，再经电化学沉积，得到尺寸大小约200-400nm针状的CaHP04，最后经盛有浓度为0.1mol/LNaOH 水溶液、温度为200℃的高压釜中水热合成10h，针状的CaHP04 转变为片状的Ca10(PO4)62。

临床上月经疼痛通常分为原发性及继发性两种，原发性是指没有任何骨盆腔疾病情况下发生的经痛，继发性则是指因为其他疾病所引起的经痛，又称之为病理性经痛，也就是骨盆腔疾病所导致的疼痛，例如骨盆腔发炎、子宫肌腺瘤，子宫内膜异位，卵巢囊肿，多囊性卵巢、臂，盆腔黏连等等。

Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. The enlarged uteri all decreased to normal or near normal size. Menstruation returned in 80～90 days after cessation of treatment. Three cases conceived within four menstrual periods. One of them resulted in the birth of a healthy 3 150 g male at 38 weeks gestation by cesarean section. The second pregnancy resulting after adenomyomectomy was terminated by emergent cesarean section at 30 weeks gestation because of threatened rupture of uterus. The third is now normal at 28 weeks pregnancy .The fourth has had 2 menstrual periods and is still being followed up.

结果 GnRH-α用药期间4例均闭经，血雌二醇于用药的第3周降到绝经期水平；用药6次后增大的子宫缩小至正常或接近正常。1例子宫后壁局限性腺肌瘤未行手术切除者，用药后腺肌瘤缩小73.7%。3例于腹腔镜术后、停药转经的4个月内妊娠；另1例停药转经2个月，现在随访中。3例妊娠转归：1例足月剖宫产分娩；1例手术切除肌壁间腺肌瘤者，孕30周时因先兆子宫破裂急诊行剖宫产术；1例目前孕22周。

Women who were not amenorrheic and continued to experience vaginal bleeding during the injection period and women who were amenorrheic had significant diffirences with respect to six indices: menarche, menstrual period, menstrual cycle, menstural volume, number of injections, and breast-feeding.

Methods: We randomly collected 58 patients who had been suffering from androgenetic alopecia, and had been willing to accept the product trial after being informed. Then we obtained the macro images and micro images by dermoscopy as well in 0 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks. After observing these images, we measured the changes of numbers of terminal hair and its density parameter. In addition, we set up the experimental group and control group, and the efficacy was evaluated by own control.

随机收集雄激素性脱发患者58例，经知情同意后自愿参加产品试用者；取得0周、4周、8周和12周的宏观和皮肤镜微观图像，经观察测得靶目标终毛根数和终毛数密度参数的变化；设实验组与对照组，经自身对照评价其功效。

objective to evaluate dsa and percutaneous transluminal renal arterioplasty for the treatment of renovascular hypertension.methods 82 suspected patients with renovascular hypertension were given dsa examination.28 patients were treated by means of ptra while another 5 cases with unilateral kidney atrophy treated surgically.results 49 patients were normal,33 patients were abnormal,28 patients were treated by means of ptra.blood pressure had got to normal in 10 patients while in 13 patients bp dropped noticeably after ptra.the overall benefit rate was 82.1%.conclusion dsa and ptra are clinically effective for the treatment of renovascular hypertension.ptra is technically successful.

目的 评价经皮腔内肾动脉成形术治疗肾血管性高血压的价值。方法 82例全部行dsa检查，肾血管狭窄者行ptra术或外科手术，观察其治疗效果。结果 82例患者行肾动脉造影后血管正常者49例，异常者33例，其中单侧肾萎缩5例行外科手术（肾动脉搭桥1例），肾动脉狭窄28例行经皮腔内肾动脉成形术（血管内支架5例），术后10例血压降至正常或基本正常，13例血压得到改善，5例无效，总有效率达82.1%。结论 dsa检查和ptra术在诊断和治疗肾血管性高血压方面有明显的临床价值。高血压，肾血管性；数字减影血管造影术；经皮腔内肾动脉成形术

Result: the occurrence rate of the chylous fistula after neck dissection was 3.47%; 4 cases of them in operation were cured after ligation in, sewing firm, the ramming of local omohyroid, the chylous fistula after neck dissection did not appear; 6 cases of them after operation was cured by conservative treatment,8 cases were cured through the surgical operation again.

结果：乳糜漏的发生率为3.47%；术中并发乳糜漏4例经手术治疗未出现乳糜漏；术后并发乳糜漏14例中6例经保守治疗治愈，术后8例经再次手术治愈。
