With the use of Microsoft Excel 2003 software to analyze raw data, then use SPSS11.5 software on the mathematical statistics data processing, summed up the results, analysis and comparative studies.

本研究以世界优秀女子400m栏运动员为研究对象，通过已公开发表的文献资料获得世界优秀女子400m栏运动员31人的比赛成绩(53.923 s±0.668)，0-1栏时间和步数、1-10栏各栏间时间和步数、10栏-终点时间等原始数据，使用Microsoft Excel2003软件对原始数据进行必要的计算，再运用SPSS11.5软件对有关数据进行数理统计处理，对结果进行归纳、分析与比较研究。
