The influence of oligosaccharides biocide on bacterial colony in the stem of Chinese Cotton 12 was determined by routine separation mathod.The results of two groups experiments indicated that the number of bacterial colonies in the cotton stem,wtich were treated with the oligosaccharides,was lowerthan the control group;and it dropped significantly(8.0×107CFU/g)after treating 10 days,while the control group was 4.2×109CFU/g.This results illustrated that the oligosaccharides biocide could control the cotton damping-off,and as a equaled 0.05,the oriental difference was significant.
通过常规分离方法,测定寡聚糖生物农药对中棉12品种的棉茎体内细菌群落数量的影响。2批实验结果表明喷寡聚糖后棉茎体内细菌群落数量均低于对照,喷寡聚糖10 d后棉茎体内细菌群落数量显著下降(8.0×107CFU/g),对照4.2×109CFU/g;寡聚糖生物农药对棉花苗期病害的防治效果实验结果表明:寡聚糖生物农药对棉花苗期立枯病有一定的防治效果,且在α=0.05水平差异显著。

In the condition of the above mentioned, field experiments were done. The results showed that:The process was the inoculation proportion of Candida tropicalis, Pseudo monas and Candida utilis as 1:2:2, inoculation 2%, 2.0% urea added in Jowar juice, pH 6.0, fermenting 72h at 30℃. The content of fulvic acid could reach more than 20%.5% mixture of Azotobacter chooroccum, Phospho bacteria and Silicate bacteria (2:1:2) were added to the product. The total number of bacteria reached 10 /ml.

The purpose of this study is to screen microorganisms with growth inhibition against plant fungal pathogens. The plate-dilution method was used to isolate the bacteria from salt marshes at Dafeng, Jiangsu. The antifungal activity of the bacterial broth filtrates against 5 phytopathogens was determined using mycelial disk method. The antifungal compositions of four active bacteria were analyzed primarily with chromatography techniques. Two hundred and thirty-five aerobic (92) and anaerobic (143) bacterial strains have been isolated from the coast salt marsh and sixty-five strains, of which 39 are aerobic and 26 are anaerobic showed greater than 30% of inhibition rate against the growth of at least one of the phytopathogenic fungi on petri dish.
为了开发对植物病原真菌生长有抑制作用的药源微生物,本实验采用平板稀释法从江苏大丰盐沼湿地土壤中分离微生物,并通过菌丝块法检测这些微生物代谢产物对5种植物病原真菌生长的抑制活性,进而利用柱层析分析其活性成分;结果共分离得到235株细菌,其中好氧细菌92株,厌氧细菌143株;体外活性测试结果显示有65株至少对1种测试植物病原真菌的抑制率在30%以上,其中好氧菌39株,厌氧菌26株。

The results show that activation nutrition St-12 could activate the beneficial bacteria preferably, and restrain the harmful bacteria including sulfate reducing bacteria, iron bacteria and sulfer bacteria for oil recovery to a certain degree.
