摘要］ 目的评价规范流动采血车消毒灭菌管理的效果。方法对流动采血车内的空气、物表在规范消毒灭菌管理前后细菌培养数量的统计对比。结果规范管理前车内空气细菌总数超标率达41.67%，物表达20.83%。而规范管理后车内空气细菌超标率是4.17%，物表细菌超标率是0，差异有统计学意义。结论对流动采血车实施规范有效的消毒灭菌管理，务实消毒灭菌措施，对保证血液质量和采血安全具有重要的意义。

Ascites syndromes disease is a common and ubiquitous disease in the industrial culture with turbot, which often results in trubot's massive mortalities. In June 2006, an outbreak of ascites syndromes disease of the cultured turbot Scophthalmus maximus occurred in an indoor farm in Shandong Province of China. Through the isolation, purification as well as cultivation of the bacteria in the diseased fish, and by tracing the bacteria in the well water, rearing pond water along with the feeding raw fish, it was found that the bacterium RF-1 which existed in the trash fish was similar to the bacterium FS-1 in the diseased turbot; artificial infection test demonstrated that the bacteria RF-1 and FS-1 had the same infection symptoms for healthy turbots.

腹水病是工厂化养殖大菱鲆的一种常见病和多发病，常造成鱼类大规模的死亡。2006年6月山东某大菱鲆 Scophthalmus maximus 养殖场发生大规模腹水病，通过对病鱼细菌分离、纯化和培养，对养殖井水、养殖池水和所用饵料小杂鱼进行细菌追踪调查，将从该养殖场所用小杂鱼中分离得到的细菌RF-1与鱼体分离的细菌FS-1进行比较，并对其进行人工感染试验，结果证明这2株菌对健康大菱鲆都具有很强的致病性，而且感染症状完全一致。

A preliminary study has been carried out on the capacity of lignin degradation of the 6strains of bacteria, and strains X2 and X4 were chose to carry out the experiments. With bottom sludge from Donghu Lake, bum soil from hillside, fertile vegetable soil and oil-soaked soil as initial samples, the bacterial strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs were screened not through enriching, isolation and purification, staining with Sudan black B and qualitative and quantitative analyses by infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The results of staining with Sudan black B showed that there were 3 strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs among the 12 isolated strains and their numbers were Zj-5, Zj-8 and Zj-9 resp. All the 3 strains took on adsorption peaks at the points near 1741 cm^(-1) and the infrared spectrums of the strains Zj-8 and Zj-9 were similar.
