After varied survival periods, the model mice were sacrificed to get the specimens of SN fixed, embedded and coronally sectioned continuously. The microsections were processed by immunohistochemistry to label the DA neurons and Calbindin D28k-containing neurons with the antibodies against tyrosine hydroxylase and CR respectively. The labeled cells were counted under microscope and analyzed statistically.

模型动物存活1周后，一部分取其中脑黑质节段，固定、包埋做连续冠状石蜡切片，以免疫组织化学染色方法，显示各组酪氨酸经化酶和钙结合蛋白表达阳性细胞，光镜观察并细胞计数，统计学分析；另一部分取其中脑黑质组织匀浆，行TH、CB的Westem blot免疫印迹方法检测，用LabWorks软件分析处理。

本课题以PUVA治疗寻常型银屑病患者背部非皮损区真皮及培养的胎儿真皮成纤维细胞为对象，采用HE染色、Verhoeff染色、电镜、酶组织化学、免疫组织化学、原位杂交、流式细胞计数仪、三引物PCR、PCR-SSCP技术及PCR产物直接测序等技术和方法，研究了8-MOP/UVA对皮肤光老化形成的影响及芳维A酸乙酯的拮抗作用。

METHODS: Cytometry and soft agar were employed in observing the biological characters of MEC-1 and Mc3 cell strain. The expressions of the two sub-types of MEC-1 and Mc3 cell strain, SSTR1 and SSTR2, were detected by hybridization in situ. The condition of the binding between MEC-1, Mc3 and 125I-RC-160 was analyzed by radioactive genin binding analysis.

Methods Thirty eight patients with loosening of hip prosthesis were divided into three group: total hip arthoplasty, double hip arthuplasty and integrated arthoplasty. The inflammative reaction was analyzed with light microscopic observation arrording to the half-ration standard of Joseph, and the content of TNF in samples of interface membranes was determined.

方法］根据假体的类型及假体中是否含有聚乙烯将38例人工髋关节翻修病例分为3组：全髋置换组、双动头组和一体式单动头组，对各组术中松动假体周围界膜组织进行光镜下炎性细胞计数的半定量分析和肿瘤坏死因子的测定，分析人工髋关节无菌性松动与聚乙烯微粒、细胞因子之间的相关关系。

With 〓H-TdR incorporation and cell count, we found that AdM could inhibit DNA synthesis and the proliferation of VSMCs from SHR. With semiquantitative RT-PCR analysis, we found that AdM mRNA level was lowerer in kidney and VSMCs from SHR than those from WKY.

应用〓H-TdR掺入和细胞计数发现，AdM可以抑制培养的自发性高血压大鼠VSMCs的DNA合成和细胞增殖；应用半定量RT-PCR分析发现，在自发性高血压大鼠的肾和VSMCs中，AdM mRNA水平较低。

Methods The experimental mouse was injected with high, middle, and low dosages of marasmius androsaceus po1ysaccharide 5, 10, 20 mg kg^(-1d^(-1) in the abdomen, and the comparison group was given the same volume of saline water i. p. once a day. After treatment for 14 consecutive days, the blood cell count instrument was used to measure the mice hemogram, the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage and the ability of carbon granular clearance were observed., the ability of the spleen lymphocytes proliferation was tested by MTT, and the hemolysin production test was used to evaluate the influence of MA polysaccharide on specific humoral immunity in mice.

小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的鬼毛针多糖5， 10， 20 mgkg^(-1d^(-1)，对照组给予等量生理盐水，每天给药1次，连续14d后，用血细胞计数仪检测小鼠血象；用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、碳粒廓清实验观察小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬能力；采用MTT法测定小鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖能力；采用血清溶血素形成实验观察鬼毛针多糖对小鼠特异性体液免疫功能的影响。

Data were analyzed with a model that predicted ganglion cell density fromstandard clinical perimetry,which was then compared with histologic cell counts.

Results The mortality rate of mice in 80 mg/kg, day cyclophosphamide group was 16.7%, and T level [ at 30th day :( 1.38 ± 0.31 );45th day:( 1.15 ± 0.26 ) ] and T/LH ratio [ at 30th day:(0.163 ± 0.014); 45th day:(0.127 ± 0.023 ) ] were significantly decreased (all P＜0.05) at 30th day after induction;The concentration of MDA [at 15th day:(2.70 ± 0.41);30th day:(2.710.36);45th day:(2.67 ±0.43) ] was maintained at a high level (all P＜0.05) during the 45 days ; Number of Leydig's cells [ at 15th day:(9.65 ± 0.75 ); 30th day:( 14.05 ± 0.67 ); 45th day:(8.49 ± 072)] and layers of spermatogenetic epithelia [ at 15th day:(4.75 ± 0.82);30th day:(3.60 ± 0.49);45th day:(3.74 ± 0.43 ) ] were significantly decreased ( all P ＜ 0.01 ) and stabilized in a low level. The induced model was stable and the mortality rate was acceptable. In the 60 mg/kg, day cyelophosphamide group, the T level and T/LH ratio had no significant change (P ＞ 0.05 ), and the concentration of MDA ,number of Leydig' s cell and layers of spermatogenetic epithelia recovered at 30th day after induction. The induced model was unstable.

结果 剂量每日为80 mg/kg体重小鼠成模后死亡率为16.7%，血清T[30 d：(1.38±0.31)；45 d：(1.15±0.26)]及T/LH比值[30 d：(0.163±0.014)；45 d：(0.127±0.023)]于诱导后第30天出现显著下降(P均＜0.05)，而诱导后睾丸组织内MDA含量[15 d：(2.70±0.41)；30 d(2.71±0.36)；45 d：(2.67±0.43)]维持高水平(P均＜0.05)，生精上皮层次[15 d：(4.75±0.82)；30 d：(3.60±0.49)；45 d：(3.74±0.43)]和间质细胞[15 d：(9.65±0.75)；30 d：(14.05±0.67)；45 d：(8.49±0.72)]均显著减少(P均＜0.01)并稳定于低水平，模型稳定，死亡率适当；每日60mg/kg体重组小鼠血清T及T/LH比值于不同时段并未出现明显变化(P＞0.05)，且睾丸组织内MDA含量、生精上皮层次和间质细胞计数在30 d后有所恢复，模型不稳定；每日100 rag/ks体重组死亡率为30.0%，死亡率过高。

Methods Neomycin was used to destroy guinea pig utricular hair cells in vitro.The culture in experimental groups was supplemented with bFGF.The culture in control group was not supplemented with bFGF.All utricles were observed by scanning electronic microscope,and the number of survival utricular hair cells was accounted.

采用离体的豚鼠椭圆囊培养法，对照组为普通前庭培养液培养，实验组按培养液中含和不含bFGF分组，用新霉素造成各实验组培养的椭圆囊毛细胞损伤，各组椭圆囊均行扫描电镜检查并行毛细胞计数。
