将出生1.2d昆明小鼠睾丸移植到7—12周去势雄性免疫缺陷小鼠背部；在移植后不同时间段（分为3d、1—11周和3.6月16个组）取出移植物，计算移植物的回收率，测定移植物重量，观察移植物中生精小管结构及生精细胞的组成。

RESULTS: In the BPD group, the lungs developed decreased alceolar septation, swollen alveolar epithelium, stroma edema, interstitial fibrosis and developmental lag when compared with the control group. These changes became more obvious with more prolonged hyperoxia exposure.

结果：BPD组在氧暴露后随时间推移，出现肺泡上皮肿胀，肺泡壁增厚，间质水肿，炎症细胞浸润，胶原样物质产生，肺泡结构紊乱，数量减少，较空白对照组明显发育迟滞。

结果①HE常规染色大体观上了解了C57BL／6小鼠内耳形态发育E8-Da期间的一般规律并且获得了E13的三维立体图像；②获得了各种听功能密切相关的结构的成熟时间点，基底膜(D10)、鼓阶前庭阶(D4)、螺旋器隧道(D12)、内螺旋沟(D10)、盖膜(D10)、毛细胞(D12)、螺旋神经元(D12)和蜗轴纤维(D12-D14)；③完成了前神经决定蛋白、神经分化蛋白、神经营养因子和神经元特异性蛋白等内耳发育相关的蛋白的表达时限表并详细观察了其在内耳各个部位表达随发育变化的特点：④Calbindin在E16以后的螺旋神经元没有表达，但是在scarpa神经元持续表达。
