Summary: In this study, the change of adhensive struture, adhensive moleculd and actin filament in K-ras gene transfected pulmornary fibrocyte of mice, and the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of cancer cell were investigated by molecular biological techniques.

小结：本研究利用分子生物学技术，探讨K-ras基因导入的鼠肺纤维细胞—恶性转化细胞的粘附结构、粘附分子和肌动蛋白的改变，旨在探讨肿瘤细胞的浸润转移机制。
