EphA2 as a part of RTKs superfamily is lower expressed in various kinds epitheliums usually.It was found higher expressed in many tumor tissues recently.It takes part in the regulation of the grew、exist、migrate and invasion of tumor cells,it is also involved in the formation of the tumor vessel and vasculogenic mimicry.
