By means of the transmission electron microscope we found the typical morphology variation of apoptosis,such as the concentration and side-accumulation of the nuclear chromatin,the fragmentation of the nuclear and the concentration of the cytochylema etc.Cell cycle detected by flow cytometry showed one visible apoptosis peak (20.6%) in front of the peak of G1.The typical ladder was found in the 15 g.L-1 agarose gel electrophoresis of the nucleus DNA.

透射电镜下可见细胞核染色质浓缩、边集、核碎裂及胞质浓缩等凋亡细胞典型的形态学改变；流式细胞术周期分析显示在G1期峰前存在一个凋亡峰（20.6％）；核琼脂糖凝胶（DNA 15 g.L-1）电泳呈梯状。

In the rice leaves infected by RDV Yunnan isolate, the distribution of cells full of virus particles formed a belt which was a center of infection and multiplication of virus, around the cells fall of virus particles were some cells with the different extent of lesion as follows: disappearance of membrane system of chloroplasts, there were virus particles in some chloroplasts, and some sine or assembled virions in the mitochodria or cytoplasma but not in nuclei ,and intact subcellular structure in the cell far away from the infected center; In the rice leaves cell infected by Zhejiang isolate, some cells were full of virions, but the distribution of cells didn't form the belt, other cytopathological characters were similar to the cells infected by Yunnan isolate.

RDV云南分离株浸染的水稻叶片中，充满病毒粒体的细胞呈条带状分布，呈现出明显的侵染和增殖中心，在充满病毒粒体的细胞周围，相邻细胞有不同程度的病变，叶绿体膜系统消失，部分叶绿体中含有病毒颖粒，线粒体残体及细胞质中有分散或聚集的病毒粒体，细胞核中未见病毒粒体，离侵染中心较远的细胞中亚细胞结构较完整；RDV浙江分离株侵染的水稻叶片中，部分细胞充满病毒粒体，无明显的条带状分布，其他细胞病理特征与RDV云南分离株侵染的水稻叶片相似。

Although ERβ was also seen in these cells,there was irregularity of its distribution.Weak to moderate cytoplastic staining of ERβ in epithelial cells of lobules and ducts were fonud.

ERβ在小叶上皮细胞和导管上皮细胞的细胞核内检测到，但是ERβ在上皮细胞中的分布并无规律，而且在细胞浆内也可以检测到弱到中等强度的染色。

Results: After 24h exposure to rhBMP-2, the expression of PCNA in HFCL cells decreased 0.65 fold by densimetric scanning. Observed after staining with the Wright-Gimsa, the numbers of cells with mitosis imaging decreased, but the morphologic change of cells did not happen. The HFCL cell numbers in S phsae decreased while in G1 phase increased, the cell cycle was arrested at G1 phase HFCL cells did not differentiate to myelocytic or mononucleate cells.

结果：经过rhBMP-2作用24h后，HFCL细胞PCNA表达下降，经灰度扫描下降幅度为0.65倍；瑞氏－吉姆萨染色后发现细胞核分裂像减少，分裂指数下降，但细胞形态没有变化；HFCL细胞S期中的细胞数量减少，G1期数量增多，出现G1期阻滞；rhBMP-2作用没有使HFCL细胞向髓系或单核方向分化的趋势。
