To make it clear, using multilaser flow cytometry, molecular biologic technology and laser confocal microscope scan technology, we fixed eyes on mitochondrial permeability transition pores, mitochondrial transmembrane potential and caspases-3 (cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinases) which are playing key roles of mitochondria. Meanwhile, the research also discussed the characteristics of Δψm of cells in cut specimenfrom esophageal carcinoma, adjacent tissue of esophageal carcinoma and the normal esophageal tissue.

为探讨食管癌细胞凋亡过程中线粒体所起的具体作用，本课题采用流式细胞检测、分子生物学和激光共聚焦扫描技术等手段，研究了食管癌细胞凋亡中，线粒体所起关键作用的环节—线粒体通透性转变孔(Mitochondrion Permeability Transition Pore，MPTP)、线粒体跨膜电位ΔΨm和线粒体释放反应中的Caspase-3(Cysteine protease-3)；同时研究了食管癌手术切除标本中癌灶、癌旁和切端三处组织的细胞线粒体跨膜电位的特性。

This papers explore the correlation between the thickness of blade、cuticula、epidermis cells、fence form、sponge form,the ratio of the fence form and sponge form,the layer of the fence form,the length of cell and the yield,suitable system,resistance of the blade anatomical structure by paraffin section method and observing in optical microscope using tea varieties in Guangxi,such as the No.1 of Guilv, and provide a scientific basis for tea scientific research and production.

本文主要对近年来广西选育成的桂绿1号等新品种品系通过石蜡切片法，并采用光学显微镜观察叶片解剖结构特征，探索叶片解剖结构中的叶片、角质层、表皮细胞、栅栏组织、海绵组织等厚度及栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值、栅栏组织层数、细胞长度等与产量、适制性、抗逆性之间的相关性，为茶叶科研、生产利用提供科学依据。

Because different cell lines may show various levels of susceptibility to adenovirus infection and virus production, non-selectively replicating wtAd5 was used to be a comparison with the tested conditionally replicating adenovirus CNHK500.ONYX-015, the first replication-competent adenovirus entered into clinical trials was also used to be a comparison. We used virus proliferation assay, cell viability assay and western blot to evaluate the proliferation and cytolysis selectivity of CNHK500. Results demonstrated that the CNHK500 virus proliferation multiples in breast cancer cell lines after 48 hours is similar to that of wtAd5, ONYX-015 virus proliferation ability is less than that of CNHK500 in cancer cells.

然后，通过与ONYX-015（E1B 55 KD a蛋白缺失的2型和5型嵌和型腺病毒，美国ONYX生化制药公司研制）、wtAd5进行对比，利用病毒增殖实验和细胞生长抑制实验，验证了CNHK500选择性增殖能力和肿瘤特异性杀伤作用；利用Western Blot检测CNHK500腺病毒E1A和E1B在乳腺癌细胞和正常成纤维细胞中的表达差异，揭示了腺病毒肿瘤靶向性的机制；利用携带绿色荧光蛋白的CNHK500-EGFP感染乳腺癌细胞株和正常成纤维细胞株，直观地观察其感染乳腺癌细胞的能力和在乳腺癌细胞中的增殖过程。
