Results The artery frequency spectrum of high speed and low resistance were found in malignant trophoblastic tumors. The ulterine muscular layer in malignant trophoblastic tumor was hypervascular and the resistive index was less than 0.4. After chemotherapy, the hypervascularity decreased, RI increased higher, and β-HCG returned normal.

结果 恶性滋养细胞肿瘤子宫动脉RI值较低，为高速低阻力性动脉频谱；恶性滋养细胞肿瘤宫壁血流异常丰富，子宫肌层病灶内血管阻力指数RI.4；恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者全身化疗取得疗效后子宫肌层血流丰富区逐渐缩小，RI呈逐渐升高趋势，血β-HCG逐渐恢复正常。

Methods Human hemangioma endothelial cells cultured in vitro were injected hypodermically into nude mice(BALB/c nude mice). The volume of in the transplanted tumor was measured in 60 days. Samples were taken from survival tumor and stained immunohistochemically by CD31 and Ki-67 before subjected to histopathological examination.

将体外培养的血管瘤内皮细胞通过注射的方式植入裸鼠(BALB/c nude mice)皮下，测量不同生长时期瘤体体积变化，观察至60天后进行病理学光镜检查，并通过血管内皮细胞单克隆抗体CD31、细胞增殖标记抗体Ki-67免疫组化染色研究所成瘤体的同源性及增殖活性。

Objective: The first aim of this study was to investigate bcr-abl associated T cell receptorVαand Vβgene repertoire by analyzing the restricted usage and clonal expansion of TCRVαand Vβsubfamily T cells from the normal individual peripheral blood induced bybcr-abl peptideso The second aim was to construct the idiotype TCR Vα-PIRES-TCR Vβeukaryotic vector and investigate its expression in vitro. 目的：通过分析bcr-abl多肽诱导正常人T细胞克隆性增殖和TCR Vα和TCR Vβ基因选用情况，获得识别bcr-abl多肽的特异性TCR基因，并构建TCR Vα和TCR Vβ双基因表达载体及分析其体外转染细胞和表达特点，从而为研制TCR转基因获得白血病抗原特异T细胞的研究提供实验依据。

［Objective］To study the relativity during polyethelene debris cytokine and loosening of hip prosthesis.［Methods］Thirty eight patients with loosening of hip prosthesis were divided into three group:total hip arthoplasty,double hip arthoplasty and integrated arthoplasty.The inflammative reaction was analyzed with light microscopic observation arrording to the half-ration standard of Joseph,and the content of TNF in samples of interface membranes was determined.

［目的］研究聚乙烯微粒、细胞因子与人工髋关节松动的相关性［方法］根据假体的类型及假体中是否含有聚乙烯将38例人工髋关节翻修病例分 3组：全髋置换组、双动头组和体式单动头组，对各组术中松动假体周围界膜组织进行光镜下炎性细胞计的半定量分析和肿瘤坏死因子的测定，分析人工髋关节无菌性松动与聚乙烯微粒、细胞因子之间的相关关系。

Results: The normal epithelial cells were intactly lined with microvilli, and lesions on the surface of Ct infected cells were showed by SEM. The expression of actin was obvious throughout the cytoplasm of uterine epithelial cells but appeared to be most intense along the apical plasma membrane on day 4, 5 and 6 of pregnancy. On the day 7, levels of actin had increased along the apical surface. The expression of actin in the infected group was weaker than that in of the normal group.

结果：SEM示对照组子宫腔可见有微绒毛的分泌细胞；实验组腔上皮细胞表面有的可见破损，微绒毛少见；免疫组化结果显示荧光强度主要定位于腔上皮细胞胞质／胞膜，妊娠第4，5，6天沿胞质顶部分布较密集，而底部较弥散；妊娠第7天顶部强度有所增加；感染组的荧光强度均弱于相应正常组，在妊娠第5天存在显著性差异(p.05)。

CaN Aβ gene silencing can reduce myocardial hypertrophy in cultured cells, si1280 (21bp) of CaN Aβ gene is the most effective target site for siRNA. The method of intrapericardial injection of plasmid, microbubbles and erzymes can improve transfection efficiency of non-viral plasmid with satisfying targeted transfection. But the scope of transfected myocytes is still limited. CaN Aβ shRNA expressing plasmid transfection in vivo by pericardial injection results in decreased CaN Aβ protein expression of small part of myocytes, and CaN Aβ mRNA only shows decreased trend. The dosage of non-viral vector and the parameters of ultrasound energy should be optimized in further study.

结论RNAi技术抑制CaN Aβ基因表达可有效减轻Ald诱导的心肌细胞肥大程度；CaN Aβ基因中si1280(21bp)片段为实现RNAi的更有效片段；微泡+酶类心包腔内注射超声导入的方法可有效改善非病毒载体在体心肌的转染效率，同时具有一定的靶向性，但总的转染范围仍然有限；采用这一方法进一步进行&一肾一夹&心肌肥大模型大鼠在体心肌细胞的CaNAβ的RNAi干预，发现心肌肥大大鼠心外膜下局部心肌细胞CaN Aβ蛋白水平降低，CaN AβmRNA水平虽有下降趋势，但无统计学差异，提示质粒的用量及超声导入的参数有待进一步研究使其优化。
