Morphology of the EPCs was observed, and the growth curve of the EPCs was investigated. Surface antigens of the EPCs were analyzed by the flow-cytometer. The capability of intaking the acetylated low-density lipoprotein of the EPCs was detected using fluoresencent chemical method. The vasoformative capability and genetic stability of EPCs were cultured in matrigel, and examined by karyotype analysis.

观察培养细胞的形态，测定其生长动力学，采用流式细胞仪及免疫细胞化学方法检测其表型，应用细胞荧光化学法分析EPCs对乙酰化低密度脂蛋白(acetylated low-density lipoprotein， ac-LDL)的摄取功能，Matrigel上培养并检测其形成血管能力，染色体核型分析其遗传稳定性，裸鼠实验、软琼脂实验观察致瘤性。

The device consisted of an array of 6×6 cell culture chambers, a drug gradient generator and fluidic control valves. Micro-dam structures of the chambers were able to trap cells while loading and drug gradient network generated drug gradient of 6 different concentrations. Also we applied hydraulic valves to control the microfluid and simulate the microenvironment of cells.

There was evident difference between the former three groups and Rh2＋DDP group P＜(0.05 . Radioactivity of 〓Tc-MIBI incepted by A549 cells was 2. 38% of the total radioactivity, obviously higher than that in controlling group (P ＜O. 05). conclusions: gensenoside Rh2 of no toxicity concentration can reverse resistance of lung adenocarcinoma A549DDP cells to cisplatin.

对照组的A549DDP细胞摄取〓Tc-MIBI的放射性活性与总放射性活性的百分比为0.94%为，Rh2组的A549DDP细胞摄取〓Tc-MIBI的放射性活性与总放射性活性的百分比为1.08%，DDP组的A549DDP细胞摄取〓Tc-MIBI的放射性活性与总放射性活性的百分比为1.13%，这两组分别与对照组比较无显著性差别（P＞0.05）；Rh2+DDP组的A549DDP细胞摄取。

Based on establishment of the human macrophage-derived foam cell model, the expression of Kv1.3 channel was investigated by immunocytochemical staining, reverse transcription-polymerase chain raction and Western blot. Furthermore, the effects of rMargatoxin, a Kv 1.3 channel-specific inhibitor, on cholesterol metabolism in macrophages incepting oxidized low density lipoprotein were studied.

在建立人巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞模型的基础上，采用免疫细胞化学染色法、逆转录聚合酶链反应(transcription-polymerase chain raction，RT-PCR)及Western blot，研究Kv1.3通道的表达，并观察其特异性阻断剂--rMargatoxin对摄取氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白的巨噬细胞胆固醇代谢的影响。

OLH or 8-bromo-cAMP were added to luteinized granulosa cells. Results indicated that, protein expression of HIF-1a, HIF-1b and VEGF had a better performance in hypoxia than in normoxic condition, but phospho-PKA, StAR and P450scc protein expression had weaker expression in the former condition than in the later one. As a result of decreasing secretion of progesterone the decreasing of phospho-PKA was suspected to have a role in the reduction of StAR and P450scc in the condition of hypoxia.

结果发现，黄体化粒性细胞於缺氧条件下其HIF-1a、HIF-1b与VEGF蛋白质表现量皆较正常氧高；同时，StAR及P450scc蛋白质表现量则降低，但3b-HSD不受缺氧影响；此外，藉由特异性抗体检测PKA讯息传递路径发现，PKA讯息传递路经於缺氧条件下磷酸化PKA（phospho-protein kinase A）蛋白质表现量下降，可能经此路径的调控造成StAR及P450scc蛋白质表现量下降，导致黄体化粒性细胞孕酮分泌量减少。

The seeds of Adzuki bean were irradiated by 60 Co γ ray of 0～700Gy.The results showed that:(1)The sub\|lethal dose(LD 50 )was 389Gy and the early seedling leaf at M\-1 showed incised,chlorotic,yellow,mosaicand curly edge.The absorbed dose was related with the rate of misshaped leaf.Chromosomal aberration, chromosome bridge and fragment of M\-1 in the tip were observed.If the seed was irradiated with 400Gy,the rate of abnormal cell at the root was more than 10%.The relationship between pollen fertility and irradiation dose was negative correlated.

本试验研究结果表明：60 Coγ射线辐照小豆种子的半致死剂量平均为 3 89Gy ，且M1生长初期叶片性状有明显的叶面缺刻、叶色缺绿、叶形不对称、叶缘卷曲、花叶、黄叶等致变现象，各种畸型叶出现频率与辐照剂量大小有关；M1根尖细胞中有多种染色体畸变类型，以染色体桥和断片频率较高，辐照剂量在 40 0Gy以上时根尖细胞异常率达 1 0 %以上；植株花粉育性与辐照剂量呈极显著负相关，京农 2号植株花粉育性达 5 0 %时的辐照剂量为 3 78Gy。

Results Tag was found in all of 8 ependymomas, 2 choroid plexus papillomas, 2 human glioma cell lines, 90% of pituitary adenomas (9/10), 73% of astrocytomas (11/15), 70% of meningiomas (7/10), 50% of glioblastomas multiforme (4/8), and 33% of medulloblastomas (2/6). None of the 8 normal brain tissues were positive for Tag, nor were 5 oligodendrogliomas and 1 pineocytoma.

结果 Tag在8例室管膜瘤、2例脉络丛乳头状瘤及2株人脑胶质瘤细胞系中全部表达；垂体腺瘤Tag阳性率为90%(9/10)，星形胶质细胞瘤73%(11/15)，脑膜瘤70%(7/10)，多形性胶质母细胞瘤50%(4/8)，髓母细胞瘤33%(2/6)；5例少枝胶质细胞瘤、1例松果体瘤及8例正常人脑组织无Tag表达。
