Furthermore, the effects of rMargatoxin, a Kv 1.3 channel-specific inhibitor, on cholesterol metabolism in macrophages incepting oxidized low density lipoprotein were studied.

OLH or 8-bromo-cAMP were added to luteinized granulosa cells. Results indicated that, protein expression of HIF-1a, HIF-1b and VEGF had a better performance in hypoxia than in normoxic condition, but phospho-PKA, StAR and P450scc protein expression had weaker expression in the former condition than in the later one. As a result of decreasing secretion of progesterone the decreasing of phospho-PKA was suspected to have a role in the reduction of StAR and P450scc in the condition of hypoxia.
结果发现,黄体化粒性细胞於缺氧条件下其HIF-1a、HIF-1b与VEGF蛋白质表现量皆较正常氧高;同时,StAR及P450scc蛋白质表现量则降低,但3b-HSD不受缺氧影响;此外,藉由特异性抗体检测PKA讯息传递路径发现,PKA讯息传递路经於缺氧条件下磷酸化PKA(phospho-protein kinase A)蛋白质表现量下降,可能经此路径的调控造成StAR及P450scc蛋白质表现量下降,导致黄体化粒性细胞孕酮分泌量减少。

The seeds of Adzuki bean were irradiated by 60 Co γ ray of 0~700Gy.The results showed that:(1)The sub\|lethal dose(LD 50 )was 389Gy and the early seedling leaf at M\-1 showed incised,chlorotic,yellow,mosaicand curly edge.The absorbed dose was related with the rate of misshaped leaf.Chromosomal aberration, chromosome bridge and fragment of M\-1 in the tip were observed.If the seed was irradiated with 400Gy,the rate of abnormal cell at the root was more than 10%.The relationship between pollen fertility and irradiation dose was negative correlated.
本试验研究结果表明:60 Coγ射线辐照小豆种子的半致死剂量平均为 3 89Gy ,且M1生长初期叶片性状有明显的叶面缺刻、叶色缺绿、叶形不对称、叶缘卷曲、花叶、黄叶等致变现象,各种畸型叶出现频率与辐照剂量大小有关;M1根尖细胞中有多种染色体畸变类型,以染色体桥和断片频率较高,辐照剂量在 40 0Gy以上时根尖细胞异常率达 1 0 %以上;植株花粉育性与辐照剂量呈极显著负相关,京农 2号植株花粉育性达 5 0 %时的辐照剂量为 3 78Gy。

Results Tag was found in all of 8 ependymomas, 2 choroid plexus papillomas, 2 human glioma cell lines, 90% of pituitary adenomas (9/10), 73% of astrocytomas (11/15), 70% of meningiomas (7/10), 50% of glioblastomas multiforme (4/8), and 33% of medulloblastomas (2/6). None of the 8 normal brain tissues were positive for Tag, nor were 5 oligodendrogliomas and 1 pineocytoma.
