Methods1. Compared with adult female rats, aged female rats without oestrum were chosen by using RIA technology and sexual hormone was changed remarkably. Theses aged rats were divided into three groups（GNK group, HRT group and control group）. Treated them respectively with GNK, nilestriol and distilled water 3 months.

ResultsMorphological features with diagnostic value were established as follows:①Irregular or round-mesh basket type nucleolus;②Malformed nucleus and lobate nucleus with fine bridge;③Perinuclear microfilaments;④Nuclear bodies;⑤Nuclear inclusion bodies;⑥Marked cell pleomorphism arranged irregularly,like a disordered stone pavement;⑦Strange cell and/or giant cancer cell were found;⑧Peculiar papillae or cell clusters were formed;⑨Specific function structure on the surface of cell differentiated poorly.

结果 确定了具有诊断意义的形态学特征：①不规则奇形核仁或网孔状核仁；②畸形核，分叶核伴细桥－核间桥形成；③核旁微丝；④核体；⑤核包涵体；⑥细胞重度多形性，排列紊乱，似乱石铺堆；⑦出现奇形细胞和/或癌巨细胞；⑧形成奇形乳头和奇形细胞簇；⑨细胞表面特异功能结构分化不良。

Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of OPN and CD44 in the LECs of anterior subcapsular cataracts(22 cases)、nuclear cataracts(17 cases)、cortical cataracts(14 cases) and normal lenses(11 cases),and positive cells were counted.

方法采用免疫组织化学法检测22例前囊下白内障1、7例核性白内障、14例皮质性白内障患者和11例正常晶状体上皮细胞中OPN和CD44的表达，并进行阳性细胞计数和各组间比较。

Results Of the 11 cases, radical nephrectomy was done in eight, and partial in three; multilocular cystic RCC was confirmed in eight cases, unilocular cystic RCC in three. Histologically, clear cell carcinoma in nine cases, and Chromophobe carcinoma in two. All were followed for 3-61 months (27.9). Ten patients survived with tumorfree.

结果 11例病人中8例行肾癌根治术，3例行肾部分切除术；多房囊性肾癌8例，单房囊性肾癌3例；透明细胞癌9例，嫌色细胞癌2例。11例均获随访，随访时间3～61个月，平均27.9个月，无瘤存活10例。
