To date,it has been documented after transfusion of unirradiated blood components to at least 87 patients:in patients with severe combined immunodeficiency,thymic hypoplasia,and Wiskott Aldrich syndrome premature newborns and those with erythroblastosis fetalis; patients with hematologic malignancies including Hodgkin\'s and non-Hodgkin\'s lymphomas,acute myelocytic and lymphoblastic leukemias,chronic lymphocytic leukemia,and aplastic patients with solid tumors including neuroblastomas, glioblastoma,rhabdomyosarcoma,cervical carcinoma,small cell lung cancer,and germ cell tumor;patients after cardiac surgery and cholecystectomp-60;and in an apparently healthy 22-year-old woman.

目前为止，输注未辐照血液成分后，至少引起了87例TA-GVHD的发生，主要见于以下病人：严重的免疫缺陷病人、胸腺发育不全、Wiskott Aldrich综合症、早产儿、胎儿红细胞增多症、何杰金与非何杰金氏淋巴瘤等恶性血液病人、急性粒细胞性和淋巴细胞性白血病、慢性淋巴细胞性白血病、成神经细胞瘤等实体瘤病人、横纹肌赘瘤、宫劲癌、小细胞肺癌、微细胞瘤、心脏和胆囊手术病人。

Results MRI findings of central neurocytoma are specific in 5 cases. The ganglioglioma was found in the tempora and occipital lobe in 7 cases,in the brainstem in 1 case, cystic-solid tumor was observed in 5 cases with extramural nodule in 3 cases, obviously thickened gyri were revealed in 1 cases and central necrosis in 2 cases.The 3 cases of Lhermitte-Duclos disease include the specific molecular layer imaging features.

结果 5例中枢神经细胞瘤有一定的MRI特征，3例诊断正确。8例神经节细胞胶质瘤中，7例位于或主要位于颞、枕叶，1例位于桥脑和延髓，表现为囊实性者5例，实性部分位于囊外的有3例，呈实性表现为局部脑回增厚者1例，囊变坏死明显者2例。3例小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤有特征性的条纹状或分层状表现。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

objective to investigate the existence of the erythropoiesis inhibitors.methods the present study included twelve undialyzed esrd patients with anemia.the sera from the uremic patients were added to cfu-e and bfu-e culture in the concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5%.in vitro cfu-e and bfu-e growth in the presence of sera from esrd patients was compared with in the presence normal human subjects with the use of normal mice bone marrows.results the effects of the sera from uremic patients on cfu-e and bfu-e colony growth in concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5% were investigated to be dose-dependent.the effect increased with the concentrations increasing of the sera（p＜0.05）.there were not significant inhibitory effect on the cfu-e and bfu-e growth of mice bone marrow in vitro from sera of the normal subjects.conclusion the erythropoiesis inhibitors exist in uremic sera which has a dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the growth cfu-e and bfu-e of normal mice bone marrow cells.

选择12例尿毒症肾性贫血未透析患者为试验组，另选正常健康体检者12例为正常对照组，将实验组、正常对照组血清分别稀释成不同终浓度，采用甲基纤维素细胞培养的方法对小鼠骨髓细胞进行培养，对比不同浓度血清组红系集落形成单位、红系爆式形成单位的集落数。结果在实验组中，与血清浓度为0的浓度组相比，与各浓度组血清共同培养的小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数均明显减少，且随血清浓度的增加，小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数逐渐减少，各浓度组间差异有显著性（p＜0.05）。结论尿毒症患者血清抑制小鼠骨髓红系祖细胞集落形成，随患者血清浓度的增加，抑制作用增强，具有剂量依赖性。

The results indicated: 1 .There is obvious difference between the gonads of precocious and unprecocious fish: in female, the ovaries of unprecocious fish stay in 141 stage, and are mainly consisted of oogonias and early oocytes; the ovaries of precocious fish have developed into IIIAV stage, most of the oocytes are in the large growth stage.

性早熟与未早熟大黄鱼性腺的发育有显著不同：未早熟鱼卵巢停留在Ⅰ～Ⅱ期，卵巢内主要由卵原细胞和早期卵母细胞所组成；性早熟大黄鱼卵巢已发育至Ⅲ～Ⅳ，卵巢内大多数卵母细胞处于大生长期中期或后期。

The results showed that the expression of calm3 and trm112l genes had no remarkable differences in oocytes and 8-cells stage embryos, but were significantly different in blastocysts. It was supposed that these two genes were possibly maternal genes, and they might be involved in oocyte maturation and zygotic genome activation.

These results indicated that HA and PmmA are both good bone graft substitutes for mastoid obliteration causing no structural or functional damage to inner ear and inducing no rejection or inflammatory reaction. PmmA, in particular, can be prepared as the occasion requires and can be solidified in a short time, making itself endurable and mouldable.
