RESULTS: Cells in neurospheres expressed nestin and differentiated into neuro-specific enolase and glial fibrillary acidic protein.

结果：培养的神经球细胞表达巢蛋白，可分化为神经元特异性烯醇化酶、胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞。

Results Microscopically, the tumor cells were epithelioid or short spindled and special nests of tumor cells separated by arboring fibrovascular septa. Such morphological variants of CCSK as myxoid degeneration, microcysts formation and sclerosing pattern of extracellular hyalined collagen simulating osteoid were present in some regions.

结果 镜下见瘤细胞为上皮样或短梭形，被分枝状纤维血管间质分隔成巢团状，部分区域见黏液样变性微囊肿和细胞外胶原玻璃样变类似骨样组织的硬化型等形态变异。

Results:17 rats were confirmed successful transplantation by MRI,the capacity of the tumor was 88.40±7.62mm3 on 8th day, 986.80±114.46mm3 on 16th day,the volume growth was 8-12 folds;on 8th day following transplantation,the tumor tissue was gray in color with fish homogen state without interior necrosis, the tumor cells were nest-distributed by HE staining,large dense staining of nucleus with manifest heteromorphism,tumor microvessel count increased by immunohistochemistry with buffy yellow staining, VEGF high expressed in the tumor cells with buffy yellow granule shape.

结果：17只大鼠经MRI检查证实均种植成功，肿瘤体积第8天为88.40±7.62mm3，第16天为986.80±114.46mm3，体积增长8-12倍之间；种植第8天，肿瘤组织呈灰白色、鱼肉均质状，内部未见坏死，HE染色肿瘤细胞呈巢状分布，胞核大浓染，异型性明显；免疫组织化学示肿瘤微血管数目较多，呈棕黄色染色，肿瘤细胞VEGF高表达，呈棕黄色细颗粒状。

PartⅢExperimental study of autologous BM-MNCs by intramyocardial transplantation into ischemic myocardium of AMI in swines Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of BM-MNCs by intramyocardial transplantation. Methods: 11 swines were divided into two groups: BM-MNCs group (n=6) and control group (n=5), total 2×10~8 cells.

实验动物分为心肌内移植MNCs组(n=6)及心肌内盐水对照组(n=5)，心肌内移植细胞数2×10~8；移植后4周观察移植细胞归巢情况、小血管密度、心功能及冠脉侧枝血管形成情况及可能发生的副作用。

The largest diameter of the tumor was 10 centimeters. By light microscopy the tumor was composed of two parts. Main part consisted of small round or polygon tumor cells with an island or nestlike arrangement of organic structure. The other showed moderately differentiated characteristics.

光镜下肿瘤由两部分组成，大部分由大小一致的圆形、多角形小细胞组成，细胞排列成岛状、巢状等器官样结构；另一部分呈中分化腺癌形态特点。

AIM:To investigate the expression of Nestin in human neuroepithelial tumors and to evaluate the biological characteristics of Nestin positive tumor stem cells in vitro and the significance.

Methods The neuroepithelial stem cells were isolated and cultured by microdissection, mechanical blowing and serum-free suspension culture.

方法采用显微解剖、机械吹打、无血清悬浮培养方法分离培养神经上皮干细胞，采用巢蛋白免疫细胞化学染色技术检测神经上皮干细胞，用NSE和GFAP免疫组化染色检测并计数神经细胞和神经胶质细胞。
