Long-term aerobic exercise can effectively prevent hepatocyte number from decreasing accompanying with aging. Among the groups of aged, results showed that rats of 1-hour and 2hours group whose recovery function of hepatocyte apoptosis were of most significant. The increasing number of hepatocyte might be one of the cytological mechanisms of how aerobic exercise delays cell aging. Further researches on the phenomenon of the anomalous change of the hepatocyte apoptosis ratio among the youth groups are needed expectably.

肝细胞凋亡存在随增龄明显下降的趋势，这对维持肝细胞数量或缓解增龄过程中肝细胞数目丢失具有十分重要的意义；长期有氧运动可以有效的阻止肝细胞凋亡率在增龄过程中下降的趋势；在老年前期组中，训练1小时和2小时组对肝细胞凋亡能力的恢复作用最明显；有氧运动促进肝细胞凋亡能力的提高可能就是有氧运动延缓细胞增龄发生和发展的重要细胞学机制之一。

Methods: In all the SA, blood test, serum ferritin, folacin and vitamin B12 levels and bone marrow cytology examination were done. Then gastroscopy, colonoscopy, liver and kidney function test, hemolytic laboratory indicators, serum thyroid studies and serological markers of viral hepatitis were done as needed.

对140例重度贫血患者均行血常规、铁蛋白、叶酸与维生素B12测定及骨髓细胞学检查，然后根据病情选择性行胃肠镜、肝肾功能、溶血方面实验室检查及甲状腺功能、肝炎标志物、出凝血常规检测等。

Pitardii,all from the Jinshajiang Valley of Yunnan and Sichuan, were cytologically studied in this work. Among 34 populations of C.reticulata studied here, 21 were found to be tetraploids (2n=60), 11 hexaploids (2n = 90), and the remaining two diploids (2n = 30). Tetraploid was reported in C. reticulata for the first time and its karyomophology was studied.

reticulata及其两个近缘种(怒江山茶C.saluenensis和西南山茶C.pitardii)进行了细胞学研究。34个居群的云南山茶花中，21个居群是四倍体类型(2n=60)，11个居群是六倍体类型(2n=90)，另2个居群为二倍体(2n=30)，云南山茶花的四倍体类型为首次发现，并且进行了核形态研究。

我们知道乳头液可以是生理性或病理性的，非妊娠哺乳期的乳头溢液发生率约为3%8%，溢液可以是无色、乳白色、淡黄色、棕色、血性等，也可呈水样、血样、浆液样脓性；溢液量可多可少，间隔时间亦不一样，一般晚期患者溢液比较严重，这时可以对乳头溢液应进行涂片细胞学检查以明确。
