In this study, CT chest examination, post-operative pathological examination, aspirating hydrothorax, cytological examination, fiberbronchoscope and biopsy were used to confirm 154 patients with lung of cancer. The CT expression and its correspondend pathological base were paied attention to, and these different expressions were categorized.

收集154例经胸部CT检查、手术病理检查、抽胸水作细胞学检查、纤维支气管镜检查及取活检等方法确诊为肺癌的病例，着重研究这些肺癌的CT表现及相应的病理基础，并且对这些肺癌的不同表现进行分类。

Result There was some difference in morphological development of the male sterile line, compared with that of normal fertile plant, such as little shorter plant height, flowering 1-2 days earlier on main stem, 4-6 calyxes or stamina, 2-4 anther chamber, and the anthers were getting white or pale green color, no curl on their surface, and their abscission were postponed after flowering.

结果］甜菜单胚雄性不育植株与保持系正常植株比较，在形态学和细胞学上存在较大差异。

All the patients had accepted TP chemotherapy and preponderated over 2 cycles,taxol 135 mg/m2,d1,cisplatin 20 mg/m2,d1-4.The chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days on two cycles.Results Among these 34 patients the complete responsewas 0,partial responsewas 3(8.82%),stable diseasewas 6(17.65%),progressive diseasewas 25(73.53%).The main toxicity,reactions were nausea,vomiting and hematologic toxicity.Conclusions TP regimen on advanced NSCLC after failure of NP show slow effectiveness. non-small cell lung cancer ; chemotherapy ; NP regimen ; TP regimen
