2N gametes are the result of meiotic mutation during micro- and mega-sporogenesis that bear the sporophytic rather than the gametophytic chromosome number. This paper reviewed the genetic markers including the morphologic, cytological, isozymes and DNA markers, which have been employed in the generation, inheritance, heterozygosity and marker-assisted breeding of 2n gametes based on the frequency of large pollen grains, cytological analyses, unexpected occurrence of polyploidy progeny and the associations between parents and progenies.

文章综述了植物2n配子发生及其遗传标记研究现状，论述涉及有关形态学标记、细胞学标记、同工酶标记乃至DNA标记等遗传标记在2n配子研究中的应用，指出通过花粉形态观察、大小孢子母细胞减数分裂行为观察、杂种后代倍性鉴定以及亲子分子标记相关分析等，对2n配子发生、2n配子遗传类型与杂合性以及2n配子在育种实践中的有效性等进行研究。

Blood and CSF of patients were collected for syphilis,toxoplasma gondii and routine,cytological, glycose,protein,chloride, virology examination and 14-3-3 protein Western Blot of CSF were were carried out too.

采集患者血液和CSF，进行CSF常规及细胞学、糖、蛋白质和氯化物；血液和CSF病毒学、弓形体、梅毒检测；CSF 14-3-3蛋白Western Blot检测。2例死亡患者脑组织匀浆进行Wistar大鼠脑内接种，观察期6个月。

Results:Visible black spots come into being in subcutaneous layer of experimental animal.There is notable difference in skin histiocytic structure between tsst of skin becoming black spots and control group,by way of skin tissue slice staining and observatiopn with optical and transmission electron microscope.

结果：受试动物皮下可形成肉眼可见的黑斑，通过皮肤组织切片染色并用光镜和透射电镜观察，黑斑形成处皮肤组织细胞学结构与正常对照组有明显区别。
