Results AQP1 is expressed at the apical and basolateral membrane of the microvascular endothelium; AQP3 was detected at basal cells of both the bronchiole epithelium and submucosal gland acinus; AQP4 is present in the basolateral membrane of columnar cells in bronchiole; while AQP5 is expressed in the apical membrane of type Ⅰ pneumocytes, and also at the apical of columnar cells of superficial epithelium and submucosal gland acinar cells.

结果本研究发现AQPs基因在羊肺中的表达分布与人相似，AQP1在肺内的毛细血管内皮细胞表达；AQP3在小支气管黏膜上皮的基底细胞的基侧膜表达，AQP4存在于小支气管黏膜上皮的柱状纤毛细胞的基侧膜；AQP5存在于Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞的顶质膜，存在于小支气管黏膜上皮柱状纤毛细胞，以及在气道黏膜下腺的腺细胞的顶质膜表达。

In the normal group, electron microscopy showed normal chondrocytes were oval, and cells and cell membrane were intact. In cytoplasm, there were abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum, dictyosome, and mitochondria with intact nucleus, and even chromatin. In the model group, chondrocytes exhibited obvious pyknosis and their shape was irregular. The areolae around cells disappeared; cell organs in cytoplasm coagulated to flaps which showed electron dense and was uneasy to observe; the shape of nucleus showed irregularity, and caryotin gathered densely.

电镜下正常对照组软骨细胞呈椭圆形，细胞及胞膜完整，包质内可见丰富的粗面内质网、高尔基体、线粒体，细胞核完整，染色质分布均匀；模型对照组软骨细胞明显固缩且外形不规则，细胞周晕消失，胞浆内细胞器凝成高电子密度的片状物不易分辨，细胞核不规则，染色质浓聚，散裂于核中。

This result indicates that WT1 gene plays an important role in differentiation and development of fetal kidney and may be the factor that promotes metanephric blastemal cell to differentiate into epithelial cell.

结果显示小胎龄肾组织中WT1蛋白在胚基细胞和幼稚肾小球细胞核表达而大胎龄组肾组织中WT1在肾小管细胞胞浆表达，阳性率分别为57.1％(8/14)和46.2%(6/13)，提示WT1基因在胚胎肾分化发育的过程中起着重要作用，WT1蛋白可能是促进后肾胚基细胞向上皮细胞分化的调控因子，其表达在时间上和空间上都受到严格的调控，WT1的表达异常可能导致胚基细胞分化停滞。17例肾母细胞瘤WT1蛋白表达阳性率为41.2%(7/17)，阳性部位在胚基型和上皮型肿瘤细胞核，表达部位和阳性率与早期胚胎肾相似，其中间质型肾母细胞瘤均为阴性，胚基型和上皮型肾母细胞瘤阳性率70%(7/10)，两组间阳性率有显著差异。

The location and structures of sex-pheromone-producing gland in female H.insularis were studied by EAG,GC,SEM,and TEM.These studies showed that thegland situate in the intersegmental membrane between the eighth and ninthabdominal segments,and is an eversible abdominal fold;Many plump cones disturbon the surface of the gland.The glandular cells of 2-day old virgin female H.insularis are arranged in one layer,among which the central cells are columnarepithelial cells and flat on two sides.The nucleus is irregular elliptical.There isevident conjugation between cells and the involution is more in the basal membraneof cell.Microvilli are distributed on the cytoplasmic membrane and linked withendocuticle on which there are many layers of chitin,and the outer cuticule is staineddeeper.The cell contains bubbles,mitochondria,glycogen deposits,roughendoplasmic reticulum and smooth endoplasmic reticulum.

结合触角电位、毛细管气相色谱、扫描电镜、透视电镜等技术对小线角木蠹蛾雌蛾腹尖末端不同组织部位提取物的测定分析以及腺体位置和形态结构的观察发现：小线角木蠹蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端8～9节之间，是一个由节间膜特化而成的上皮结构，为一可外翻的腹褶，腺体表面分布着饱满的锥形体，羽化后2天未交尾的雌蛾腺体细胞呈单层排列，腹面中央由密集的柱形上皮细胞组成，细胞排列向两侧延伸至背部，其形状由柱形逐渐变为扁平形，细胞核为椭圆形，细胞与细胞间有明显的胞连接，细胞基底膜基褶较多，质膜上分布着微绒毛，并与内表皮连接，内表皮上有多层几丁质，外角质层染色较深，细胞质中含有空泡、线粒体、脂质粒、粗面内质网和光面内质网。

The lipid peroxidation of S. maxima cultured in the presence of 4 to 100mg Se/L analysed showed that the contents of free radicals by EPR and malondialdehyde increased, of which the latter was the products of lipid peroxidation. These resulted in the decrease of the contents of liposoluble matter and percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and the increase of percentage of saturated fatty acids. Using dimethyl sulfoxide , which was oxidized by OH·to form the stable and nonradical compound, methane sulfinic acid , as a molecular probe, we found that the contents of MSA from S. maxima growing in the presence of selenium were higher than those without selenium added, i. e. selenium in vivo was able to scavenge OH. in this alga.

对4～100mg Se/L范围内培养的S.maxima进行脂质过氧化的分析结果表明，加硒条件下藻细胞EPR自由基的含量与脂质过氧化产物的含量增加，造成细胞脂溶性物质含量和不饱和脂肪酸百分含量下降，以及饱和脂肪酸的百分含量相对上升；使用DMSO作分子探针，用它与OH·的反应产物MSA来表示藻细胞OH·含量，发现加硒条件下藻细胞MSA含量低于未加硒的，即硒在藻细胞内具有清除OH·作用。

A lot of organelles such as mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticula and Golgi bodies were observed in fiber cell. Then, double karyotheca disappeared, and the organelles disintegrated. Multivesicular bodies appeared in fiber cytoplasm. With the further development of fiber, fiber wall underwent continual thickening with aging, and polylaminate structure gradually appeared. While the agglutinated nucleus, transfer vesicles, plasma membrane and plasmodesmata still presented.

研究发现，次生壁形成早期，细胞核具有双层核膜，染色质凝聚，可见大量的线粒体、粗面内质网和高尔基体等细胞器存在于纤维细胞中；随后，双层核膜消失，细胞器将逐渐解体，多泡体开始出现在纤维细胞的细胞质；随着年龄的增加，纤维细胞壁逐渐增厚，并出现多层结构现象，而运输小泡、细胞膜、胞间连丝和凝聚的染色质将持续存在。

Total RNAs from KAx-3 cells and AK127 cells(developed for 14h) were isolated. After the reverse transcription and PCR reaction, two distinct differential fragments were acquired., fragment A was from KAx-3 cells and fragment C was from AK127 cells. After retriving and reamplifying the differentially expressed fragments, white-blue plaqueselection, the fragments were purified. Northern blot proved that fragment A was from KAx-3 cells and fragment C was from AK127 cells. The results of sequencing and researching for NCBI database have been showed: part sequence of fragment A shows 91% similarity to the gene encoding DhkA, 92% similarity to the gene encoding DhkF, 91% similarity to the gene encoding STATc, 97% similarity to the homoeobox gene encoding protein. These genes play important part in controlling cell differentiation and cell proportion in Dictyostelium discoideum.

本研究通过提取盘基网柄菌发育14小时的野生型KAx-3细胞和突变型AK127细胞的总RNA，运用mRNA差异显示法分离出了两条明显的差异表达片段，其中片段A来自野生型KAX-3细胞，片段C来自突变型Ak127细胞；并通过凝胶回收差异片段、对差异片段进行再次PCR、蓝白斑筛选克隆、提取质粒、酶切电泳纯化差异片段；接着进行Northern杂交的结果表明，片段A只与野生型KAx-3细胞的总RNA有杂交信号，片段C只与突变型AK127细胞的总RNA有杂交信号，这就排除了差异片段假阳性的可能；最后通过测序，搜索NCBI BLAST数据库发现：片段A的小部分序列与编码组氨酸激酶DhkA基因中一段序列的相似性高达91%，与编码组氨酸激酶DhkF基因中的一段序列相似性高达92%，与编码STATc蛋白基因的一段序列相似性达91%，以及与编码同源框蛋白的基因中的一段序列相似性达97%，这些基因在盘基网柄菌细胞分化和细胞比例调控过程中起着相当重要的作用，这些数据进一步说明了突变细胞不能完成发育的原因。

In internal and middle layer existed fibroblasts, fibrocytes and collagen. Some of the wall indicated hyaline change, soomth muscle cell decreased greatly. The massive inflammatory cells invaded the middle and external layer. There were many foam cells in the capsule tissue. Cytoplasm was filled with fatty tissue and cholesterol. some cavities were full of thrombosis. Some thrombosis was fibrosis, the bottom was organization. The surface of the thrombosis existed red blood cell and librae.(2)Elatic fibrila staining: the internal elastic menbrane almost completely disappeared, the intact internal elastic menbran could be seen in the new small vessels.

动脉瘤管壁厚薄明显不均，全层或局部区域显著变薄向外膨出，内皮细胞空泡变性或坏死脱落，部分内皮细胞剥离并突入管腔成游离状，可见血栓形成及部分血栓机化；内弹力板变薄、消失或突然中断；在内膜及中膜部位主要为纤维母细胞、纤维细胞和大片胶原；部分动脉瘤壁呈均质状玻璃样变，平滑肌细胞明显减少；中膜和外膜可见大量的炎性细胞浸润；瘤壁组织有纤维母细胞、纤维细胞、大片胶原成分及较多泡沫细胞，胞浆内充满脂类物质及胆固醇结晶；部分动脉瘤腔内充满血栓，有的血拴已经纤维化，血栓基部机化，血栓表面有红细胞和纤维素。

TCM may modulate the glial cells through the following mechanisms: inhibiting expression of iNOS, thereby minishing the toxicity of NO and its oxygen free radicals; inhibiting overactivation of astrocytes and overexpression of GFAP in acute cerebral ischemia and cerebral hemorrhage; promoting glial cells' secretion of NGF which can be caused by ischemic injury; inhibiting the nervous system's immune inflammatory response; and so on.
