结果 20例CT做出了正确的诊断，部分周围型胆管细胞癌的CT表现肝内不规则低密度肿块边界欠清，增强扫描表现病灶边缘呈不规则环状强化，有向心性强化的趋势，出现延迟强化；病灶内或周围可见结石，病灶内及周围肝内胆管扩张；局部肝包膜回缩、肝叶萎缩，病灶内大片坏死、液化。
