Two cases were isointense or hypointense signal on T1WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2WI and T2WI STIR. Conclusion Enhanced CT clearly showed calcification and blood supply of the tumor while MRI showed small hemorrhage, cystis foci, necrosis and central stellate scar of the tumor. MRI can provide more useful information in detecting chromophobe cell renal carcinoma.

结论肾脏嫌色细胞癌属少血供肿瘤，CT能清晰显示肿瘤内钙化灶和血供情况，而MRI容易检出肿瘤内小出血灶、囊变坏死灶以及中央星状瘢痕，可对肾脏嫌色细胞癌的诊断提供更多更有价值的信息。

There are 12 cases were death. ConclusionsPersisting hypoxemia always results in hyperpotassemia, cellular acidosis, increasing of blood consistence, heart overexertion as well as hepatocyte edema,degeneration even cytoclasis and so on.

死亡12例。结论持续存在的低氧血症可导致高血钾，细胞内酸中毒，血液粘稠度增加，心脏负荷增加，肝细胞水肿、变性甚至坏死等，严重的可以出现多脏器功能衰竭、DIC发生甚至死亡。

Staining and observing shows that the most pathological changes were interstitial pneumonia and hemorrhagic pneumonia, typical nonsuppurative encephalitis, and neurogangliitis et al. The lymphoid tissue was necrosis, and the amount of lymphocytes was reduced. The pathological changes of the positive cells, especially the epithelial cells were swell, denaturization and hyperplasy to the extent.

H.E。染色观察显示，病理组织学变化主要表现为间质性肺炎和出血性肺炎、典型的非化脓性脑炎、神经节炎等；淋巴结、扁桃体和脾脏等组织内淋巴细胞坏死、数目减少；有阳性反应的细胞，特别是阳性上皮细胞呈现不同程度的肿胀、变性、增生等病理变化。

Results The main CTimages of adrenal neuroblastoma in children were bigger extrarenal tumor ,included :huge and irregular mass(6 cases ),regular mass (2 cases),calcification (87cases),cystic degeneration or necrosis (1cases),bleeding(2cases),crossing of the midline (5cases),wrapping retroperitoneal major vessels (4cases),retroperitoneal enlargement of lymphnode (7 cases),The masses were heterogeneous enhancement.

分析2004年10月～2008年10月经手术病理证实的8例儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的CT表现，如形态，密度及周围结构变化情况，结合临床资料，进行综合评价。结果儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤为肾外体积较大肿块，其中不规则肿块6例，规则2例，钙化7例，囊变坏死1例，出血2例，越过中线5例，包绕腹膜后大血管4例，腹膜后淋巴结肿大7例，肾脏向后外侧移位6例。

Results:17 rats were confirmed successful transplantation by MRI,the capacity of the tumor was 88.40±7.62mm3 on 8th day, 986.80±114.46mm3 on 16th day,the volume growth was 8-12 folds;on 8th day following transplantation,the tumor tissue was gray in color with fish homogen state without interior necrosis, the tumor cells were nest-distributed by HE staining,large dense staining of nucleus with manifest heteromorphism,tumor microvessel count increased by immunohistochemistry with buffy yellow staining, VEGF high expressed in the tumor cells with buffy yellow granule shape.

结果：17只大鼠经MRI检查证实均种植成功，肿瘤体积第8天为88.40±7.62mm3，第16天为986.80±114.46mm3，体积增长8-12倍之间；种植第8天，肿瘤组织呈灰白色、鱼肉均质状，内部未见坏死，HE染色肿瘤细胞呈巢状分布，胞核大浓染，异型性明显；免疫组织化学示肿瘤微血管数目较多，呈棕黄色染色，肿瘤细胞VEGF高表达，呈棕黄色细颗粒状。

Results: Compared with sham controls, a progressive hyalinization and thicked wall of coronary arteries; perivascular fibrosis and interstitial fibrosis were observed in SAD rats.

结果：与Sham组相比，SAD大鼠心肌内冠状血管管壁呈进行性增厚、玻璃样变，管腔狭窄，血管周围纤维化和间质纤维化，心肌细胞肿胀、坏死和炎细胞浸润。

The effect of tumor necrosis factor on human normal and hyperfunctioning thyroid cells were studied as expressed by cAMP release from cultured thyrocytes.

Methods Thirty eight patients with loosening of hip prosthesis were divided into three group: total hip arthoplasty, double hip arthuplasty and integrated arthoplasty. The inflammative reaction was analyzed with light microscopic observation arrording to the half-ration standard of Joseph, and the content of TNF in samples of interface membranes was determined.

方法］根据假体的类型及假体中是否含有聚乙烯将38例人工髋关节翻修病例分为3组：全髋置换组、双动头组和一体式单动头组，对各组术中松动假体周围界膜组织进行光镜下炎性细胞计数的半定量分析和肿瘤坏死因子的测定，分析人工髋关节无菌性松动与聚乙烯微粒、细胞因子之间的相关关系。

Results Microscopically, AM was characterized by hypercellularity, high karyoplasma ratio, prominent macronucleoli, strange heterokaryocyte and tiny focal necrosis. Of 11 cases, recurrence was noted in three, and one transformed into anaplastic meningioma and died 1 year after reoperation.

结果 AM光镜下瘤细胞密度增大，核浆比例增高，核仁明显，多伴有奇异核细胞出现和微小坏死灶。11例AM病人中，3例复发，1例复发后转变为间变性脑膜瘤，再次手术后1年死亡。

In group B, a large amount of inflammatory cell infiltration in liver tissues were noted and hepatic cells showed spotty necrosis and bleeding under the light microscope; the electron microscope showed a significant decrease of mitochondria cristae, the broadness of endoplasmic reticula, hepatic cell necrosis and karyopyknosis.

B组光镜下可见肝组织大量炎性细胞浸润，肝细胞点状坏死及出血；电镜下可见线粒体嵴明显减少，内质网扩张，出现凋亡小体及核固缩。C组上述病理变化明显减轻。
