In situ hybridization was used to localize IL-4, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-2, IFN-γ and TNF-α mRNAs in abomasum of the negative control group, challenged control group, vaccinated-challenged group and vaccinated-unchallenged group goats immunized with rHco-GAL-f/m, and the numbers of cytokine mRNA(superscript +) cells in each group were also analyzed.

用rHco-GAL-f/m免疫山羊，通过原位杂交法对阴性对照组、攻虫对照组、免疫攻虫组和免疫不攻虫组山羊皱胃中白介素－1β(IL-1β)、白介素－2(IL-2)、白介素－4(IL-4)、白介素－6(IL-6)、干扰素－γ和肿瘤坏死因子－αmRNA转录进行定位，并对上述细胞因子阳性反应细胞数量进行分析。

Results: There were 18 cases of astrocytomas, 2 cases of cavernous angioma, 1 cases of hemangioblastoma, 1 cases of dermoid cyst, 1 cases of syringopontia, 1 cases of inflammatory granuloma accompanied with hecrosis and 1 cases of AVM of brain stem in 25 cases.

结果： 实验组海马区光镜下可见神经细胞变性、肿胀、坏死及神经细胞脱失改变，电镜可见细胞核形态不规则、有切迹、核仁偏位、线粒体肿大、嵴断裂、膜破损和基质空化等改变，随癫痫发作次数增加上述改变越明显，对照组与手术对照组比较，各参数差异无显著性（P＞0.05），将不同组别大鼠细胞数、面积、周长、积分光密度分别作单因素方差分析，不同组别间均差异有显著性（P.01），同时观察到海马区GFAP免疫反应阳性的胶质细胞随海马损伤的加重而GFAP免疫反应增强。
