Acellular allogeneic dermal matrix is the dermal replacement of heterogenous human skin in which the cellular elements have been removed by special technique and basement membrane complex have been remained. It becomes a kind of 3D porous acellular dermal scaffold. It supports fibroblast infiltration, neovascularization and epithelialization in the absence of an inflammatory response.

异体脱细胞真皮基质（acellular allogeneic dermal matrix， ADM）来源于正常的异体皮肤组织，经过特殊的理化处理去除真皮中的细胞成分，保留原有的胶原三维结构和完整的基底膜，成为一种多孔的三维膜性支架，其空间网状结构有利于细胞的增殖、毛细血管增生，加速组织的愈合过程，移植后可以迅速被血管化和自体细胞重建。

Human/rat homology collagen type I siRNA plasmid not only direct repress collagen type I gene expression in rat inesangial cells, but also have the same inhibition action of TGF-β1 induced overexpression of collagen type Ⅰ.

In order to overcome the shortcomings of acellular dermal matrix used as tissue engineering scaffold material, such as bad permeability, low degradation speed, and strong immunogenicity, a new type of collagen scaffold was prepared by applying various chemical, biological and physical comprehensive methods to deal with pigskin. The microstructure of the scaffold was observed under photomicroscope and scanning electron microscopy, and the in vitro degradation time, permeability, tensile-strength, porosity, shrinkage temperature were tested.

为了克服猪脱细胞真皮基质作为组织工程支架材料渗透性差、降解速度过慢、免疫原性较强等缺点，采用多种化学、生物与物理综合方法处理猪皮制备了一种新型天然胶原支架材料，通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察以及体外降解时间、透水汽性、拉伸强度、孔隙率、收缩温度等的测定，对其性能进行了研究。

RESULTS:①Retroviral vector EGFP-pLNCX2 transfected primary chondrocytes of rabbits,and high expression of transfected chondrocytes could be obtained through preliminary screening of G418.After being screened and expressing EGFP,chondrocytes kept normal morphology,with pseudopod adhering to the wall and matrix secreting vigorously.

结果：①重组逆转录病毒载体EGFP-pLNCX2转染原代兔软骨细胞，经G418初步筛选而获得的高表达格局，可见软骨细胞经过筛选和表达绿色荧光蛋白后，保持正常的形态学，细胞伸出伪足贴壁，基质分泌旺盛。

Typical rough endoplasmic reticulum were not seen during the process of spermatogenesis, only vesicular RER appeared and smooth endoplasmic reticulum only presented at spermatogonium stage.

精子发生的全过程中，未见典型的粗面内质网，仅见泡状粗面内质网；滑面内质网只在精原细胞期出现。

Methods 12 guinea pigs of 20 months with 3 cm×3 cm hair sheared from their backs were divided into control group and experimental group. Rhodosin and deer serum preparation was besmeared on the skin of guinea pigs in experimental group, and cosmetic matrix was besmeared on the skin of animals in control group for 60 d. The distribution of type Ⅲ collagen was observed with Sirius red staining and HE staining. The fission index of the cells of stratum basale, the thickness proportion of stratum corneum to epidermis, the volume density of the collagen fibers and small blood vessel in dermis, the number of fibroblasts in aging skin were meassured with technique of sterology.

背部被剪去3 cm×3 cm毛的12只20月龄豚鼠被随机均分为给药组和对照组，给药组涂抹红鹿制剂，对照组涂抹化妆品基质，连续涂抹60 d；应用天狼猩红、HE染色和体视学技术分别观察和测定老化皮肤中Ⅲ型胶原的分布、表皮基底层细胞的分裂指数、角质层同表皮厚度的比例、真皮胶原纤维和微血管的体密度和成纤维细胞的数目。

Results Microscopically, different degrees of hepatocytic degenerative changes and hyperplasic fibrous tissue and typical false lobule formation could be seen. Timm's staining result showed uneven distributed black granular deposits in the hepatocytes. No specific PAS staining was observed. Utrastructurally, the mitochondria were increased in volume and dramatically different in shape. The number of lysomes were increased.

结果 光镜下肝细胞表现为不同程度的退行性变，胶原纤维增生以及典型假小叶形成；Timm's染色阳性，发现不均匀分布黑色颗粒或团块样物质沉积；PAS染色则普遍缺乏特异性染色；超微结构显示线粒体形态多样，体积增大，溶酶体增多，粗面内质网管腔扩张，附着核糖体的脱颗粒，以及胞质水肿，质膜溶解。
