Classification examination was put into practice for only normal cells observed.For the dubious specimen,tuberculosis-Ab,acid-fast bacteria staining,flow cytometry,CD series,gene,DNA aneuploidy,ZPP and tumor markers etc were detected. Results Tuberculosis lymph gland inflammation coverd highest rate:546 cases (36%) in tuberculosis node was 252 cases (46.2%),lymphonode period was 184 cases (33.7%),early tuberculosis lymphagland inflammation was 233 cases (44.7%).

利用改良一次性5～10ml注射器(22G、7号注射器，外径＜0.7mm)，针吸取材、涂片、行改良瑞-姬双染技术，低倍镜查找特殊异常细胞，油镜仔细观察细胞形态结构特征，对于未见异常细胞要进行分类检查，对疑难标本，同时做结核抗体、抗酸菌染色、流式细胞仪、CD系列、基因、DNA异倍体、锌原卟啉、肿瘤标志物等检测指标。

Both the new peniculus 1 and the old haplokinety separated at the telophase.The two germinal rows germinal rowsfor both the daughter cells appeared almost at the same time;(2) The macronucleus became shorter and thicker, finally oblate during the division of the cell. Then the macronucleus restored its original shape, band-like form. The micronucleus were divided into two before the macronucleus division;(3) The original scopula and stalk contributed to the old cell. The new cell formed scopula gradually after the cell division.

These data suggested that the centrin isoforms played different roles in different stages of spermatogenesis. The centrin-1 gene was revealed to be relevant to the centriolar translocation to the posterior pole of cell and the elaboration of flagellum during spermiogenesis, while the centrin-2 and centrin-3 might play roles in spermatogonial mitosis but were not involved in the spermatid differentiation process.

Methods:Human CD80 cDNA was transfected into B16 melanoma cells by lipofectin-mediated gene transfer before the expansion of tumor cells were tested by MTT method in vitro;C57BL/6 mice were inculated subcutaneously either mock-transfected B16 cells (B16-neo)or CD80-transfected B16 cells (B16-CD80),then the latency,survival times and tumor mass growth were investigated.The lymphocytes were examined for both proliferation indices and specific cytotoxic activity by MTT method and improved LDH-releasing method,after syngenic Mixed Lymphocyte tumor cultures.

通过脂质体介导将CD80基因导入小鼠黑色素瘤B16细胞后，利用SABC法检测CD80的表达；MTT法测定肿瘤细胞体外增殖能力；将肿瘤细胞接种至同源小鼠皮下后观察成瘤期、荷瘤小鼠存活期及肿瘤结节生长速度；在同源淋巴细胞肿瘤细胞混合培养后，通过测定淋巴细胞增殖指数和CTL杀伤活性检测肿瘤细胞的免疫原性。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Osteoblast was fusiformed-shaped and had plentiful processes. Nucleus was orbicular-ovate and leaning to lateral side. Soma was large, and plasma was abundant. Alkaline phosphatase staining suggested that a great number of gray-black particles were observed in plasma, and some region was darkly stained.

结果与结论：成骨细胞呈梭形，多突起；细胞核呈卵圆形，偏于一侧；胞体大，胞浆丰富；碱性磷酸酶染色可见胞浆中含有大量的灰黑色颗粒，某些部位染成黑色，定量分析细胞内的碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平明显高于成纤维细胞；细胞免疫组织化学染色表明其主要合成Ⅰ型胶原。
