Aims and methods: To investigate the distribution of oncoprotiem, ErbB2 in mouse testis, epididymidis, ovaries, oviducts, oocytes-cumulus cells complex and sperms, immunobistochemical method was used.

目的和方法：用免疫组织化学的方法观察ErbB受体家族成员ErbB2在小鼠睾丸、附睾、卵巢、输卵管、卵母细胞—卵丘细胞复合物和精子上的分布。

Histologic examination revealed pleomorphic cellular proliferation with xanthomatous, multi and mono nucleated giant cells.

免疫组织化学染色显示瘤细胞胶质纤维酸性蛋白阳性，网质纤维染色显示单个瘤细胞间着色。

The mice were randomly divided into two groups ( n =24 per group): the experimental group, the cultured cells were injected into the mice through the tail vein; the control group, the equivalent serum-free medium was injected. Six mice from each group were killed at 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after operation to receive HE staining, PCR gel electrophoresis, immunohistochemistry staining, and hepatic function detection.

将小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组（ n =24），实验组将诱导后细胞（1.6 × 105 个/只，含CD34+细胞1× 104 个）通过尾静脉注射入肝损伤小鼠体内，对照组注射等量无血清培养基，术后7、14、21、28 d 两组分别处死6 只小鼠，行HE 染色、PCR 凝胶电泳、免疫组织化学染色及肝功能检测。

Method］Isolated bMSCs were cultured in vitro. rh Fibroblast Growth Factor 1(rhFGF-1)、rh Transforming Growth Factor-β1(rhTGF-β1)、rh Insulinlike Growth Factor-Ⅰ were utilizated. The proliferation of cells was detected by MTT assay, and the macroscopic histology , HE staining and immunohistochemical examinations were performed to seek the best cell factor. In vivo , to investigate the repair of the articular cartilage, bMSCs combined with fibrin glue and rhTGF-β1、rhIGF-I was compared with control group.

方法］rhFGF1、rhTGF-β1、rhIGF-I单独或联合应用对骨髓基质干细胞进行体外诱导培养，应用常规染色、MTT、免疫组织化学染色的方法筛选诱导骨髓基质干细胞成软骨细胞的最佳细胞因子，并将其与骨髓基质干细胞复合于纤维蛋白凝胶制成凝胶复合物，直接种植到兔膝关节实验性关节软骨缺损处，并与对照组相比较，观察软骨修复效果。
