细胞化学

Tissue engineering is a multidisciplinary science merging with cell biology, material science, engineering and chemistry. Its basic idea is to expand a number of cells in vitro and seed them on a polysynthetic biodegradable polymer structure, and finally enable the organization of 3-dimmentional and functional tissues or organs.

组织工程技术是融合了细胞生物学、材料科学、工程学和化学的一门边缘学科，它的基本思想是用少量组织细胞经体外培养扩增后播种在可降解的生物支架材料上，再回植入体内形成有功能的组织或器官。

It was found that the bioaccumulation of Ct on Spirulina platensis involved two steps:rapid adsorption and slow absorption. Chromic compounds with weaker chemical bond had higher bioaccumulation efficiency. Under the same algal cell concentration, Crbioaceumulation rosed up with Crconcentration. On the other hand, with Cr concentration not changed, the total bioaccumulation of Cr on Spirulina platensis increased with algal cell concentration, but the Cr bioaceumu lation on unit algae reduced.

发现螺旋藻对Cr的生物富集主要经历了快速的吸附和缓慢的吸收两个步骤；化学键较弱的Cr化合物具有较高的富集效率；藻细胞浓度一定时，随着Cr浓度的增加，单位重量螺旋藻对Cr的富集量不断增加，最后趋于饱和；当Cr浓度一定时，随着藻细胞浓度的增加，螺旋藻对Cr的总富集量逐渐增加而单位重量藻体的富集量减少。

The HPV DNA related sequences, the expression of HPV capside antigen and relationship between the ultrastructural feature of lesion and diverse types of HPV infection in 35 cases of the cervical pr61iferative lesions(cervical condyloma, cervical cancer)were analyzed on the levels of cell,subcell and molecule by using nucleic acid hybridization, immunohistochemical method and electron microscopic technique.

本研究分别用核酸杂交、免疫组织化学和电子显微镜术等方法从细胞、亚细胞和分子水平上比较分析了35例子宫颈增殖性病变中人乳头瘤病毒DNA相关序列，人乳头瘤病毒衣壳抗原的表达以及病变超微结构变化特征与不同型别人乳头瘤病毒感染之间的关系。

Methods Endogenous EB1 mRNA and protein levels in embryonic cells of trophonema from artificial abortion and spontaneous abortion were compared, using fluorescence quantitative PCR, immunohistochemistry and western blot, respectively.

采用荧光定量PCR技术检测EB1基因在人工流产绒毛核型分析正常的胚胎细胞和自然流产绒毛核型分析异常的胚胎细胞中的表达差异；免疫组织化学方法检测EB1蛋白在两者中的表达情况，并用Western blot加以验证。

Results: Dynamic observation with histopathology and immunohistochemical staining showed that, after the nerve root nerve root compression, the myelinated nerve fibers decreased and there was ultrastructure changes of the nerve fibers, such as Schwann cell cytoplasm swelling and edema, Wallerian degeneration, and demyelinated degeneration of axons.

METHODS: Fresh human amnions were clipped to pieces which were sutured in a shape like muff by utilizing epidural tubes as a stent. When 4 cm section of ureter in length was excised to replace the defected ureter. 36 rabbit models were divided medially into the 1-month therapy and 3-month therapy groups. At the end of study, all amnion-ureter were sliced and examined with pathologic method or immunohistochemistry to check expressions of α-actin in smooth muscle cells and CKAE1/AE3 in transitional epithelial cells.
