本研究以14位一般大学男生为研究对象，血液样本於14位受测者跑步前30分钟及跑步后0分、12小时、24小时、36小时与48小时於受测者前手臂静脉抽取，以PHA及LPS有丝分裂原刺激淋巴细胞，评估周边血液中淋巴细胞增殖功能；以自然杀手细胞分解51Cr标记之K562标的细胞释出51Cr之总量，评估自然杀手细胞毒杀活性。
