Methods The astrocytes were isolated from cerebral cortex of neonatal rats which are born within three days, cultivating by DMEM media added with 15% fetal calf serum and depurating by swinging and passaging, to simulate nulli-nutrition model by substituting medium for PBS buffer solution 3h then applying methylprednisolone and recnutrition immediately, we will go on culturing for three days, verificating astrocytes by immunofluorescent technique; detecting activity of AST; determining GFAP of change by PCR.

Results The morphology of endocrine cells in digestive tract was of multiplicity.The density of 5-HT cells was the highest in the colon,but not found in the esophagus,cardia gastric and cecum.The results showed that SS cells were distributed in the pylorus mostly,but not detected in the cardia,colon,cecum and rectum.Gas positive cells were the most in the duodenums,while in the esophagus and cardia was not discovered.In the cardia VIP cells were maximum,but in the esophagus,duodenums and ileum did not appear.

结果 消化道中4种免疫阳性细胞形态多样，大多呈椭圆形和锥体形。5-HT阳性细胞数量以结肠最多，空肠和回肠次之，幽门腺区、十二指肠和直肠较少，食管、贲门腺区、胃底腺区和盲肠中未见；SS阳性细胞在幽门腺区数量最多，贲门腺区、结肠、盲肠和直肠中未见；Gas阳性细胞大量出现于十二指肠，在食管、贲门腺区和盲肠未见；除个别器官未见VIP阳性细胞外，在消化道的其余各段均有分布。

Methods: Electrets Teflon PTFE,±300 V,±1 000 V were used to treat 3T3 cells for 24, 48 and 72 h. Then the influences of electrets on cell cycle and surface charge of 3T3 cells were studied by flow cytometry and electrophoresis, respectively.

选用±300 V和±1 000 V驻极体分别作用成纤维细胞24、48和72 h，用流式细胞术和细胞电泳技术测定成纤维细胞的生长周期和细胞表面电荷。

The -300V and -500V electrets were applied on 3T3 cells for 24 and 48h, respectively, then the surface charge density on 3T3 cells and the intracellular free Ca2+ concentration and the number of apoptosis were measured by means of cell electrophoresis and flow cytometry method, respectively.

Results:（1）After the action of electrets, 10%of 3T3 cells appeared apoptosis.(2) After the action of electrets in 3T3 cells, the free Ca2+ levels in cellular plasm were increased. The increasement of Ca2+ levels was caused by the Ca2+ inflow from outside cell, rather than the release of calcium pool inside cell.

结果：(1)负极性驻极体作用3T3细胞后，3T3细胞出现10％的凋亡量；(2)驻极体作用3T3细胞以后，细胞质游离Ca2+浓度升高，Ca2+浓度的升高不是由于细胞内钙池的释放，而是由于细胞外Ca2+内流所引起。

Results of the experimental groups: Comparison with the control groups, in 6h and 8h groups eminences of ependymal cells with cobblestone-like appearance were seen, their microvilli were further richer, and a number of microholes could be found on their base. In body part of SFO cell membrane of some ependymal cells were broken completely, their cytoplasm was no longer seen, and cell nucleus located at one side of the cell, 5-7μm in diameter and dividing lobe-like in shape. Beside those cells some ependymal cells appeared many folds on the top of surface. In 2h and 16h groups the observation results seemed no significant differences from the corresponding control groups.

实验组结果：与对照组相比，在6小时和8小时实验组中，可见成团的鹅卵石状室管细胞隆起于表面，微绒毛更为丰富，微绒毛根部可见到若干微细小孔，在SFO体部的一些室管膜细胞的胞膜完全破裂，胞质几乎荡然无存，仅剩胞核居于细胞的一侧，直径有5.7μm，呈分裂叶状；与这些细胞邻近的室管膜细胞表面最高处多呈现皱襞。2小时与16小时的实验组的观察结果与对照组相比未发现明显差异。
