Under the transmission election microscope, we had observed that the state of oocytes arid the cumulus cells around them was tightness, and there were plenty of long and thin microvilli playing the role of connection in the enwrapping. The shape of cumulus cells nucleus was ovate, and the longer and shorter diameters of the cumulus cells were 4.250±0.042μm and 2.750±0.07 μm respectively.
