Methods:The proliferation inhibition of cantharides injections on LoVo cells were detected by tetrazolium.Annexin V-FITC were applied to study cell apoptosis of LoVo cells.FCM were applied to detect the expressions of the Fas and Bcl-2 protein.Results:Cantharides iniections could inhibit the proliferation of LoVo cells and could couse cell apoptosis.
