The main contributions of the second part of this dissertation are focused on the cryptographic properties of logical functions over finite field, with the help of the properties of trace functions, and that of p-polynomials, as well as the permutation theory over finite field: The new definition of Chrestenson linear spectrum is given and the relation between the new Chrestenson linear spectrum and the Chrestenson cyclic spectrum is presented, followed by the inverse formula of logical function over finite field; The distribution for linear structures of the logical functions over finite field is discussed and the complete construction of logical functions taking on all vectors as linear structures is suggested, which leads to the conception of the extended affine functions over finite field, whose cryptographic properties is similar to that of the affine functions over field GF (2) and prime field F〓; The relationship between the degeneration of logical functions and the linear structures, the degeneration of logical functions and the support of Chrestenson spectrum, as well as the relation between the nonlinearity and the linear structures are discussed; Using the relation of the logical functions over finite field and the vector logical functions over its prime field, we reveal the relationship between the perfect nonlinear functions over finite field and the vector generalized Bent functions over its prime field; The existence or not of the perfect nonlinear functions with any variables over any finite fields is offered, and some methods are proposed to construct the perfect nonlinear functions by using the balanced p-polynomials over finite field.

An efficient algorithm based on FP-tree and support array for mining maximal frequent itemsets is proposed. At first the FP-tree and the support array are created at the same time. Then a maximal frequent itemsets tree MAXFP-tree is built up to store all the maximal frequent itemsets. Therefore, it can reduce the search space and improve the efficiency of the algorithm.

The expression changes of relating-apoptosis gene proteins (bcl-2, bax) were detected by immunohistochemistry before and after treating with the Agaricus Blazei Murill extract to explore the possible mechanisms of inducing apoptosis for MGC-803 cells in vitro. Results: The Agaricus Blazei Murill extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells in vitro and the inhibitive effects were depended on the medicine concentration and treating times. After treating 24 hours on the gastric cancer cells with the morphologic changes of apoptosis with chromatin margination, karyopyknosis, karyorrhexis were found by the light.
结果:(1)通过细胞培养和MTT法,表明长白山姬松茸在体外对MGC-803细胞株有明显的抑制作用,加药组与对照组相比其生长抑制率有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且这种抑制作用呈现浓度和时间的依赖性;(2)通过集落形成率的测定结果表明,加药组与对照组相比其集落形成率和集落形成抑制率有明显差异(P<0.01),说明长白山姬松茸对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有明显抗增殖作用;(3)光镜观察结果表明,加药组可见细胞脱水浓缩伊红染色增强,胞体缩小,内含高度浓缩的胞核呈深蓝色等典型细胞凋亡形态;经AO/EB荧光染色观察结果表明,当终浓度为1.0mg/ml的姬松茸提取物作用于MGC-803胃癌细胞24h后,其凋亡率和破膜率与自然凋亡率与破膜率相比,均有显著性差异,其凋亡率86.3%(P<0.001),破膜率为41.6%(P<0.01),说明姬松茸确实有诱导MGC-803胃癌细胞凋亡的作用,同时也有细胞毒作用,但以诱导细胞凋亡为主;(4)免疫组化结果表明,用药前后凋亡相关基因的BCl-2、Bax蛋白均有显著性的改变(P<0.001)。

Based on the date of outcrop, log and lithology, sequence stratigraphic division and correlation were made on Neopaleozoic in south of North China Basin, and high-precision geologic correlation framework was built up in the basin.2. In the term of sedimentary features of Neopaleozoic in south of North China Basin, lateral variation of sedimentary facies was studied selectively in Benxi-Taiyuan Formation, Shanxi Formation, Lower Shihezi Formation, Upper Shihezi Formation and Shiqianfeng Formation. Lithofacies paleographic features and the sedimentary evolutionary process of Late Paleozoic in south of North China Basin were worked also.3. On the basis of sand-bodies Isopach figure drawing, the distribution of major reservoir sand-bodies of Neopaleozoic in south of North China Basin was studied. Basing on the distribution of sand-bodies in sequence stratigraphic framework, combining the development and distribution features of barrier and underwater distributary channel, there is a disquisition on the distribution regularity of pay reservoir sand-bodies of Neopaleozoic in this area.

The medium-grained sandstones and medium-fine-grained sandstones form good reservoirs and the poststones medium reservoirs, while siltstones form poor reservoirs and pelitic siltstones poorest reservoirs. The reservoir rocks of sand-flat and tidal channel are best with the physical property. Diagenesis such as compaction, cementation and dissolution has strongly reformed the reservoir rocks and the late dissolution has greatly improved their porosity and permeability.

objective to investigate the existence of the erythropoiesis inhibitors.methods the present study included twelve undialyzed esrd patients with anemia.the sera from the uremic patients were added to cfu-e and bfu-e culture in the concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5%.in vitro cfu-e and bfu-e growth in the presence of sera from esrd patients was compared with in the presence normal human subjects with the use of normal mice bone marrows.results the effects of the sera from uremic patients on cfu-e and bfu-e colony growth in concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5% were investigated to be dose-dependent.the effect increased with the concentrations increasing of the sera(p<0.05).there were not significant inhibitory effect on the cfu-e and bfu-e growth of mice bone marrow in vitro from sera of the normal subjects.conclusion the erythropoiesis inhibitors exist in uremic sera which has a dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the growth cfu-e and bfu-e of normal mice bone marrow cells.
选择12例尿毒症肾性贫血未透析患者为试验组,另选正常健康体检者12例为正常对照组,将实验组、正常对照组血清分别稀释成不同终浓度,采用甲基纤维素细胞培养的方法对小鼠骨髓细胞进行培养,对比不同浓度血清组红系集落形成单位、红系爆式形成单位的集落数。结果在实验组中,与血清浓度为0的浓度组相比,与各浓度组血清共同培养的小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数均明显减少,且随血清浓度的增加,小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数逐渐减少,各浓度组间差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论尿毒症患者血清抑制小鼠骨髓红系祖细胞集落形成,随患者血清浓度的增加,抑制作用增强,具有剂量依赖性。

In magma intrusion-breaking-reservoir migration, CO_2 firstly migrate into watered breaking, began gravity differentiation and concentrate, the gas pressure time and again go up, CO_2 migrate into reservoir and concentrate under expansibility as the pressure reach upward a given extend. The CO_2 in reservoir experience four breaking modes: chemistry deposition, dissolution, diffusion and mechanic breaking, the pressure balance can be broken by faulting and the CO_2 will further migrate and form new reservoir.

Modeling and stability analysis problem of linear switched system are emphasized in this part and main results include:(1) Through investigation in the projection of 〓 on x, where x denotes continuous state vector, a series of sufficient conditions for stability, asymptotic stability and unstability of linear switched system's equilibrium in the sense of Lyapunov are achieved. And also, a sufficient and necessary condition for state bounded stability of linear switched system is received.(2) For a class of periodical linear switched system whose switching sets are a group of ordinal lines starting from the original point, it's proved that state bounded stability can be defined by the running characteristic in a single period (3) Based on linear switched system, the concept of linear switched system network is put forward. Linear switched system network is a complex network interconnected by many linear switched systems.
