Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ki67,cytotoxic proteinsTIAI,GranzymeB in nasal lymphoma.Methods Paraffin-embedded tissues of34cases of nasal NK/T-cell lymˉphoma,8midline B-cell lymphomawere studied using immunohistochemical method.

目的 探讨核抗原Ki67和细胞毒蛋白TIAI、GranzymeB在鼻腔淋巴瘤的表达及意义方法以NK/T淋巴瘤34例石蜡组织标本研究对象，同部位B细胞淋巴瘤8例为对照，行免疫组织化学染色。

Methods Purified 5-LO fragment was injected into male pronucli and the firtilized eggs were transplanted into pseudopregnant mice. PCR and Southern blot were used to detect the genotype of DNA separated from the newborn mouse tail tissues. RT-PCR and Western blot analysis were used to detect the gene transcription and expression. Results PCR and Southern blot results showed that 7 of 25 mice were transgenic mice.

通过显微注射的方法，将5-脂氧化酶基因片段(6.8 kb)导入BDF1受精卵雄原核并移植到同期受孕的假孕母鼠输卵管中，对产出仔鼠的鼠尾组织DNA进行PCR、Southern blot检测，对9、20、24号转基因小鼠分别提取腹腔细胞、骨髓细胞及脾、肾组织总RNA和蛋白，并采用RT-PCR、Western blot方法进行转录水平检测和蛋白表达检测。

Results The PGE2 levels in the portal vein increased, while the PGE2 levels in peripheral blood had no changes significantly, the PGE2 levels in the tissues of the intestinal mucosa, placenta, amnion and amniotic cells were increased significantly; Ricinoleic acid stimulated the synthesis of PGE2 in the above tissues invitro, which had the positive correlations with the dose of ricinoleic acid and its lasting time.

结果 实验组大鼠门静脉PGE2水平升高，外周血PGE2水平无变化；实验组大鼠肠粘膜、胎盘、羊膜组织和羊膜细胞PGE2合成明显升高；蓖麻酸刺激肠粘膜、胎盘、羊膜等组织和细胞PGE2合成，其刺激合成能力与蓖麻酸浓度及其作用时间呈正相关。

Result］all of enzyme tests were normal.the author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers,muscle fiber hypertrophy,and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light microscope.focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

术中切取竖脊肌标本用于组织病理学观察和透射电镜观察。［结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

The results of observation on the microstructure of Karelinia caspica, Tamarix stromongolica, Salsola collina. Cheno Dodium glaucum, stipa bangenana show that the nutritional organs of these halophytes present some adaptability structures as follows:(1) sunken stomas, thick cuticle and orderly arrangement of epidermal cell;(2) equilateral leaves with developed palisade tissue, or squama-shaped leaf;(3) well-developed water-storing tissue in stems and leaves;(4) crystal cells, salt glands in most of the leaves and assimilating branches.
