Except on the testis tissues,the expression of ZFY gene were found on the kidney tissues of human embryo or rat, brain vesicles〔rat embryo 13 days〕,and sclerotome cells〔rat embryo 13 days〕 It is possible that because kidney and genital system come from same origin,ZFY gene expressed on the kidney tissues too, the expressive function of ZFY gene on the embryonic brain vesicles and sclerotome cells is not yet clear.

Results For callus induction of leaf explants of C. orchioides, dark treatment gave better results compared to light treatment; among the media tested, the suitable phytohormone combinations were 2.0 mg/L 2, 4-D or 6-BA 1.5 mg/L 2, 4-D 2.5 mg/L, and 300 mg/L CH 0.2% AC was good for plantlet regeneration from leaf explants. The callus from leaf explants mainly originated from midrib. The parenchyma cells near epicuticle of midrib firstly were initiated to division. Then the parenchyma cells of vascular bundle sheath and mesophyll cells on each side of vascular bundle were also divided to form callus.

Methods The Fas, FasL and DR4, DR5, TRAIL were assessed in 45 normal cervices, 52 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia gradeⅢ and 51 cervical cancers by immunohistochemical method. The number of apoptotic cells was determined by morphological criteria and the number of proliferating cells by counting Ki-67-positive cells. Results Proliferation and apoptosis percentage was markedly increased with increasing severity of neoplasia.

应用免疫组织化学法检测45例正常宫颈组织、52例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级(cervical interaepithelial neoplasia Ⅲ， CINⅢ)和51例宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌组织中Fas、FasL、DR4、DR5、TRAIL的表达，并以显微镜定位表达位置，以Ki-67阳性细胞记数增生细胞数。

The pulmonary septum was significantly widened at the 14th day, the interstitial fibrocytes as well as alveolar epithelial cells proliferated obviously, and the tendency of lung fibrosis was also presented. The results mentioned above showed that the modle of hyperoxia lung injury was successfully established, and the acute inflamationm was its early symptom while the fibrosis was its late manifistation. There was no positive cytes of IFN-γ in the lung of nomal rats, The positive cytes of the groups under hyperxia-exposure for 3, 7, 14 day, which climbed to the climax at the 7th day and began to decline from the 14th day, were found in alveolus epithlia,pulmonary interstitial, bronchoepithlia and macrophage.

高氧14天（5.46±0.30）虽有所下降，但同空气组比，差异仍然具有显著性（P.05）；BALF中蛋白含量高氧3天（0.45±0.10）、7天（0.66±0.08）、14天（0.79±0.14）显著高于空气组（0.18±0.08，P值均。05）；肺通透系数高氧3天（6.61±2.05）、7天（10.88±1.54）、14天（12.75±2.20）均明显高于空气组（2.99±1.27，P值均。05）；同时病理组织学改变也表明与空气组比较，高氧3天时肺组织水肿、出血、炎性细胞浸润，7天时进一步加重，14天时肺间隔明显增宽，间质纤维细胞和肺泡上皮细胞明显增生，出现肺纤维化倾向；以上结果均表明我们成功地建立了高氧肺损伤动物模型，且急性炎症反应是其早期表现，纤维化改变是其晚期表现。
