The cells infected and noninfected were combined with PLGA at a concentration of 5×106cells/ml to construct tissueengineered bones respectively.They were further implanted into 8 rabbits subcutaneously using PLGA as blank control(8 implants per group). Six weeks after surgery, the implants were evaluated with histological staining and computerized analysis of new bone formation.

实验结果显示：支架中的成纤维细胞、脂肪细胞及组织纤维间质完全去除，胶原纤维得到了松散，并维持其原有的天然三维网络多孔结构；该材料透水汽性处于3000g.m-2.d-1左右，适合创面恢复；体外降解时间处于25～50h之间，并可根据需要调整工艺条件控制降解时间；拉伸强度介于10.20～11.50MPa之间，具有良好的拉伸强度；收缩温度介于70～85℃之间。上述结果表明该材料已解决了猪脱细胞真皮基质渗透性差、降解速度过慢的缺点，并且其透气性和拉伸强度高、降解性优良且可控，符合组织工程支架材料的要求。

Samples of the composites were taken for histological examination at day 7 and day 14 since OKCs were seeded. Results Multi-layer epithelia without hemidesmosome and basal membrane were observed in composites of PGA showing ill-defined cell layers. OKCs could adhere and proliferate onto collagen membrane forming multi-layer epithelia, with no mature hemidesmosome and basal membrane. That of Alloderm showed normal epithelial structures, with hemidesmosome, basal membrane and cell pseudopod in lamina propria.

结果 以PGA为支架构建的组织工程化口腔黏膜，含类似上皮层和固有层，但细胞层次不清；胶原膜上可见口腔黏膜上皮细胞黏附生长，并形成复层上皮样组织，但无成熟的桥粒及基底膜样结构；以Alloderm作为支架材料的构建物，出现正常上皮形态，含半桥粒及细胞指状突起等超微结构。

结果表明：鹅掌楸亚科和木兰亚科在叶的结构上的主要区别是鹅掌楸亚科两种植物叶的部分下表皮细胞呈乳突状，且整个细胞外壁只形成一个乳突，而在木兰亚科的植物中有单列多细胞或单细胞的表皮毛，未发现乳突；鹅掌楸亚科植物的叶主脉维管组织环分隔呈束状，且其外包被的纤维也排列成束状，而木兰亚科的80种1亚种植物中，叶主脉维管组织连成轮状，其外面也由一圈连续的纤维环所包围。

The expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin in specimens of 54 breast carcinomas and 21 normal breast tissues around tumor were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results In normal breast tissues, E-cadherin and α-catenin were expressed on cell membrance of ductal and acinic cells. No abnormal expressions were found in normal breast tissues. The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin and α-catenin in breast cancer were 51.9% and 63.0% respectively.
