Our results demonstrate: The structures of the organs are normal, and the shapes of cells are clearly visible. There are lots of positive brown granules in Chief cells and Parietal cells in abomasum as well as the mucosa epithelial cells and gland cells of duodenum. Three bands with a molecular mass close to 120KDa、110KD and 98KDa were identified by Western Blot. The Ob-R levels of 120KDa in abomasum were significantly higher than that of in small intestine. The levels of 110KDa were similar in the two organs. The expression of 98KDa Ob-R was weak.

HE染色结果显示，各组织结构正常，细胞形态清晰可见；免疫组织化学SABC染色显示，在皱胃胃体部固有层胃底腺的主细胞和壁细胞及十二指肠黏膜上皮细胞和固有层肠腺的柱状细胞中均可见大小数量不等的棕黄色颗粒；western Blot 实验发现，在胃和小肠均检测到120KDa、110KDa和98KDa三条带。120KDa长型瘦素受体蛋白在胃中表达量显著高于小肠中的表达；110KDa的短型瘦素受体蛋白，在小肠和皱胃中表达量接近。98KDa短型受体蛋白在胃和小肠表达均较弱。

The results indicated that in the FNAC smears of mediastinal tumor, neutropilic myelocyte, neutropilic metamyelocyte, neutropilic stab granulocyte and neutropilic segmented granulocyte were observed in granulocytic series; early normoblast, polychromatic normoblast and orthochromatic normoblast were observed in erythrocytic series; and granular megakaryocyte, thromocytogenic megakaryocyte, scattered platelet and matured lymphocyte also were observed. Cell morphology and distribution in different stages were are similar to that in bone marrow smear, and these cells belong to the extra-medullary hemopoietic tissue.

结果表明：纵隔肿块的细针抽吸活组织的细胞学涂片显示粒系细胞中可见中性中幼粒细胞、中性晚幼粒细胞、中性杆状粒细胞、中性分叶核粒细胞；红系细胞中可见早幼红细胞、中幼红细胞、晚幼红细胞；并可见颗粒巨核细胞、产血小板的巨核细胞、散在血小板及成熟淋巴细胞；细胞形态及各期细胞分布与骨髓片相似，为髓外造血组织。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

These 375 patients had a median age of 50.57±10.46(range,19-72) with 87.4%HBsAg positive and 4.3%anti-HCV antibody positive;The apparent peak incidence age was 40～60 years old,and the ratio of male to female was 10.7:1;The 3 and 5 year postoperational survival rate were 52%and 38%;The tumour numbers(p=0.000),tumor size(p=0.025),histological pattern (p=0.000),nuclear features(p=0.000),differentiation(p=0.001) and vascular invasion(p=0.000) were significantly correlated with prognosis.The postoperational survival time of thin trabeculae pattern,compact pattern and pseudoglandular pattern were significantly longer than that of thick trabeculae, scirrhous pattern,and solid patternp＜0.009the postoperational survival time of 1 and 2 grade based on nuclear features were significantly longer than that of 3 and 4 grades(p=0.000The small cell variant,osteoclast-like giant cell variant, and spindle cell variant were mainly composed of thick trabeculae pattern and solid pattern,which were significantly different from that of clear cell variant.

结果1。本组资料显示肝细胞癌发病年龄19～72岁，平均50.57±10.46岁，发病高峰年龄40～60岁，男女比例为10.7：1；HBsAg87.4%，anti-HCV抗体4.3%；术后3年生存率为52%，5年生存率为38%；肿瘤数目(p=0.000)、肿瘤大小(p=0.025)、组织学结构类型(p=0.000)、核分级(p=0.000)、分化程度(p=0.001)及血管浸润均(p=0.000)与预后明显相关；其中组织学结构类型中细梁状型生存时间与致密梁状型和腺样型无明显区别(p＞0.05)而明显高于粗梁状型、实性型和硬化型(p≤0.009)，硬化型生存时间与实性型之间无明显区(p＞0.05)而明显低于其余各型p≤0.006核分级1级与2级生存时间无明显区别(p＞0.05，核分级3级与4级生存时间无明显区别(p＞0.05)，而核分级3级生存时间明显低于2p=0.000小细胞型、巨细胞型和梭形细胞型主要由实性型和粗梁状型组织学结构类型构成，明显不同于透明细胞型(主要由细梁状型和粗梁状型构成(p≤1.006)。2。

Results 甀ntrahepatic vascular diseases, liver tissues diseases and the expressions of VEGF were different in different time of experiment induced by CC14. In earlier periods (2 to Swk) of rats? liver tissues induced by CC14, the inflammatory was significant. Fatting degeneration was seen in hepatocytes around central veins and part of small vesells.

早、中期（2～5wk），肝组织炎症反应显著，中央静脉及部分小血管周围肝细胞脂肪变，VEGF阳性肝细胞主要分布在脂肪变区域；晚期（8～12wk）则肝组织炎症反应轻微，但肝细胞病变显著，血管破坏、血管及成肌纤维细胞增生更趋明显，并见有局部纤维瘢痕形成，假小叶内肝组织肝窦扩张或毛细血管化，其VEGF示阳性。

Results: in contrast with model group, SSM can (1) increase the survival rate of ARF in rats, cut down Scr and BUN at 24hr, improve renal function, slightly surpass Vp in its therapeutic effect;(2) mitigate the extent of renal pathologicchanges, decrease the numbers of renal tubule necroses and casts;(3) protect renal ultrastructure such as microvilli, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum of TEC, podocytic process of glomerulus epithelial cell,endothelial cell etc, better than Vp;(4) enhance SOD activity, lower MDA contents in renal cortex;(5) enhance NO contents in serum, reduce ET levels in plasma;(6) evidently cut down TNF- a contents in serum, superior to Vp;(7) antagonize calcium overload in TEC;(8) alleviate renal pathological changes in ARF metaphase (at 3d), advance regeneration and recovery of TEC, restore renal structure in ARF convalescence (at 5d), and better than Vp;(9) increase the expression of TEC PCNA and prepro EGFmRNA in ARF metaphase.

结果：与模型组相比，SSM能(1)提高ARF大鼠的存活率，降低24hr时Scr及BUN，改善肾功能，其疗效略优于维拉帕米；(2)减轻ARF肾脏病变程度，减少24hr肾小管坏死数及管腔内管型数；(3)对肾脏的超微结构如肾小管上皮细胞微绒毛、线粒体、内质网、肾小球上皮细胞足突、内皮细胞等形态结构均有一定的保护作用，其疗效略优于维拉帕米；(4)提高肾皮质SOD活性，降低MDA含量；(5)提高血清NO水平，同时降低血浆ET含量；(6)显著降低血清TNF-α的水平，疗效明显优于维拉帕米；(7)拮抗小管上皮细胞[Ca~(2+)]_i的升高；(8)使ARF中期(第3d时)肾组织病变较同期其它两组明显减轻，并使肾小管细胞再生修复提前，至ARF恢复期(第5d时)肾组织结构恢复重建良好；作用明显优于维拉帕米；(9)促进ARF中期肾小管上皮细胞PCNA的表达及EGF前体mRNA的合成，从而增加EGF的合成释放，而维拉帕米无此作用。

Two different signals, whichwere brown and blue, reacted with the substrate (DAB and NBT/BCIP) separately, could be observed in the WSSV infected haemocyte. The result showed that in the lightly infected tissues infected haemocytes predominated in all infected cells. However in the heavily infected tissues the number of normal haemocyte decreased obviously and infected cell with strong positive intensity increased, and cell debris and tissue necrosis were observed.

应用这种双重免疫组化方法观察了被WSSV感染的血细胞在几种组织中的分布情况，发现在轻度感染组织中被侵染的血细胞在所有被感染细胞中占绝大多数，而在高度感染组中血细胞数目明显减少，细胞变形，出现许多的细胞碎片，同时被病毒感染的细胞数目增多，染色强度增强，组织坏死严重。
